๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

ian westell ๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ๐ (@ianwestell) reported@Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street thereโs a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again
-

-
Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!
-
Martin Winstanley (@soupisready) reported@EE Your customer retention process has failed this week. initial transfer ok but no promised callback, no additional callback after escalation and a promise of another callback and promise of a line manager being copied in, latest promised callback from technical. didnโt happen
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@JohnStokes0uk @EE More radio sites is not necessarily the solution to poor data speeds, if existing coverage levels are good.
