    Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

    @EE here we go again!Whatโ€™s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @dave_aldrine Canโ€™t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why donโ€™t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I canโ€™t speak to the cancellation team and I canโ€™t cancel. @Ofcom

    @EE EE mobile service has been down the last 2 days! In postcode area SA62 6RJ WEST WALES! I have reported and signed up for alerts and states known issue! When will it be fixed?? Itโ€™s unacceptable

    @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

    @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

    @EE (2/2) I also pay ยฃ25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about ยฃ10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for ยฃ70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online
