The Truth Detective (@detective_truth) reported from Chorley, England

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  • JoshBancroftUK
Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, England

Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

  • pastrywuff
🍩 Doughnut Wuuf 🍩 ドーナツ 🧍➡🇺🇦 (@pastrywuff) reported from Leyland, England

You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, England

I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

  • Waddy17

@EE Why can I get better deals just by searching on the internet than I can from your dedicated upgrade page. Customer for 10+ years, think it time 👋

  • stuinweymouth
    Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reported

  • Sarah_FireHorse

@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.
