    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    You know whatโ€™s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over ยฃ500 to cancel early - Iโ€™ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost ยฃ500 brand new even back then! Thatโ€™s like a ยฃ2k contract for a ยฃ500 phone!!

    For the last week @EE has been dodgy at best. Calls failing, calls not connecting, no signal despite my phone saying there is. Poor for a company this big and bloody irritating

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! Iโ€™m now sim only and pay ยฃ30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.
