You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@DottyDoolittle @EE @NNorthantsC Our council did the same 5 years ago. Their argument was not everyone has a garden so people were paying for a service they didn't use. Council tax did not incorporate that £40 into the rise that year.

@EE must be crashing and burning as thousands upon thousands of customers leave. I've been with them for ~10 years, am on a SIM-only, have never had any issues. And yet: 14.4%. 14.4%! CPI + 3.9%. Bonkers when you consider the instantly available, cheaper alternatives.

@EE I have been unable to make calls for the last 6 hours. Can’t even call EE to report as phone won’t dial out. No live chat ! Nothing to say EE is down in my area. Think I need another provider as this isn’t the first time. Bills going up but no service
