    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over Β£500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost Β£500 brand new even back then! That’s like a Β£2k contract for a Β£500 phone!!

    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    I love it when @EE need to send you a six digit code via SMS to your mobile when trying to connect to their public wifi - because you can’t get a mobile signal. And you have 60 seconds. When you’re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. πŸ™„
