@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE I have 2 problems: 1: I can get full bars but can’t practically load anything online. Now I have to use my friend’s Vodafone network to twit. 2: At home, I get full bars but can’t receive calls. They go straight to voicemail. I don’t even get missed calls but can make calls.
