@EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE I will leave EE after a very long time. I have anytime upgrade and the deals are woefully poor. Being a new customer is better than the trade ins and ever increasing price rises. No loyalty to long standing customers .

@EE EE claims to be a customer service company which is a big lie really. If you have been a 10 year kind client and happen ( due to travel) to be 7 days late in a payment it will suspend the account without any notice : nice. Do not be fooled EE does not care
