    @EE Ok so thats me having to reboot my wifi another 11 times in 3 days! This issue clearly has not been resolved! Itโ€™s SO frustrating

    @EE numerous times Iโ€™ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE No I havenโ€™t got the time to spend talking on the phone, I should be able to find good deals online like I can with other networks including yourself if Iโ€™m a new customer.

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @EE here we go again!Whatโ€™s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today Iโ€™ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying ยฃ40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE The DD was setup but money moved to another account as it's paid from my billing account. How long does it take them to retry? It's been a week now. So, you're also advising me to call the number that doesn't work. I give up. Thankfully my contract is up in October.

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If itโ€™s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because itโ€™s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died
