@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@L81588705 @EE Part 4. never used. In 30 days EE will close the additional number so I’ll return to a lower priced plan but I’ve appealed the decision not to pay back the extra I paid. What do you think my chances are in getting a refund considering it was my silly mistake. I feel a right twit!

@Briceybrownbear @EE £9 here My story Iv shared on here. On a #iPhone14plus I was missold, not in a sealed box from EE Online. To find out it’s a phone that’s been #BlackListed by #EE I should never have been sent. But they wouldn’t exchange. Other options I lost trust. They don’t get that.
