    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE I've just put the phone down on someone called clair, refused to raise the complaint to your exec team, she rang me back stating I cannot discuss an upgrade because of an outstanding balance on the account, After 9 years with EE I want to terminate the contract with immediate

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @EE Placed order twice for new phone. First order cancelled by you. EE text to speak to bot. Bot said phone you. Tried. Time didn't allow me to wait on hold. New order placed. Your text. Speak to bot. Been waiting for bot to speak for 5 hours... Can someone real please help!

    @EE Tried to speak to someone yesterday and he basically said that EE do not guarantee a data and a voice signal at the same time! I said well it’s been fine for years but recently seems to have an issue where ever I can be in the country. Apparently it’s not a problem so I was told
