  You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

  @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
