AlexW⚽️🎶🇪🇺🌈 (@AlexWilliams01) reported from Ramsbottom, England@EE I've never really fancied a saveloy dip. Might have to summon up some courage and try one when we're next up in the True North-- whenever that might be. Stay safe.😷
-
Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, EnglandAmazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, EnglandI've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.
-
🍩 Doughnut Wuuf 🍩 ドーナツ 🧍➡🇺🇦 (@pastrywuff) reported from Leyland, EnglandYou know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!
-
Sophie Holdsworth (@sophxholdsworth) reported from Colne, England@jamesbennett66 @EE Yeah it has been down for a couple of days now! Just messaging them now
-
The Truth Detective (@detective_truth) reported from Chorley, England@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! -
Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, England@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.
-
Adam Platt (@AdamPlatt95) reported from Chorley, England@EE not being funny but not ideal my service dropping whilst on call for the ambulance service! No matter how many times I turned it off and on again still nout!
-
Mike Holden (@MikeHolden42) reported from Burnley, England@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.
-
Dwayne Waddy (@Waddy17) reported from Whalley, England@EE Why can I get better deals just by searching on the internet than I can from your dedicated upgrade page. Customer for 10+ years, think it time 👋
-
Aidan Blunt (@jablunt71) reported from Chorley, England@EE Not a problem. Glad everyone else is doing their bit by staying at home. Feel free to give them my free data, they’ve got time to use it 😁

ben widdowson (@benwiddowson) reported@EE @ianclatworthy Hi Ian. First off sorry for your loss. Could I suggest emailing their CEO. I'm sure you've probably already thought of that but going down that route has proved fruitful the last time I hit the brick wall with EE.
-
ggg (@LeiSnoby) reported@EE I'm trying to log a severe mis-selling complaint (breach of Ofcom rules). Your website is blocking me, and your Twitter DM bot is stuck in a loop ignoring my requests for a human agent. Please get a REAL PERSON to check my DMs immediately!
-
Jaymz Hatstand (@jaymz_hatstand) reported@EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?
-
AfterAllaDatSurgeryYourStillUgly (@Number1KenBarb) reportedIs it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!
-
Curtis Evans (@bladestylez02) reported@GaryMcI74904767 @EE Got the same problem aswell with their internet it's a ******* joke claim to be the fastest broadband what a croc of ****
-
Craig Taylor (@blown_ranger) reported@EE The problem is that there’s no one staffing your 150 number; I get diverted to an inadequate virtual assistant with no option to get my issue resolved. I need a human being to help me
-
4Viewers (@4Viewers) reported@anitajaneharris @Channel4 @EE Hey Anita - would you still be having issues with #Channel4? Is this with the #C4Streaming service?
-
Alison Friend - ⫩ ⚒️ (@xxAlisonFxx) reportedI have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer
-
ItzCyberCell (@ItzCyberCell) reportedA bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads
-
Lynds Maple (@lyndsMaple) reported@EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!
