    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @EE is there a way to find out if my phone has been dispatched or not? I ordered it on Friday but there was a 'mismatch' so I contacted customer service yesterday. A new one was ordered & my email had expected delivery date of today but on the site it's now saying dispatch...

    @EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

    Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    @EE hi I need to cancel my 4g WiFi dongle no issues have just had broadband installed so no loner required have no paper work just the dongle what's the best way doing this please thanks

    Never go with @virginmedia they are unreliable in every single way. 5 years+ of misery. After 3 days without stable service they took £10 off my bill.. the end of my tether has been reached. Virgin hubs are broken and no fix. @EE here we come. Next Thursday. Better Internet.

    @EE I did. I have been calling. The support team told me to go into a store. I went into a store at Surrey Quay and was told they don’t deal with online order. Can you give me the exact phone line of someone who could help?

    @EE Im good thank you, as i have said I have no idea why @bt_uk felt the need to switch me to the worst network I have ever been with. Sky will be in contact for the change over.

    @EE i went into the store as well and they told me that nothing can be done. even the people who rang me earlier couldn’t understand why my data was used up so quickly in my sleep. i can try ringing again but they spoke to ‘level 2’ or something on the phone and they couldn’t help

    @EE It’s beyond frustrating. Especially when I need my number to access accounts! Would be nice to have a heads up. Zero notice. I’m not the only customer who’s experienced this. ID is verified on my account so it’s ridiculous to be honest. Not a great start for a new customer!

    @EE When do u plan to turn the masts in Clapham back on? Or should I expect slower internet now than 20 years ago? Cause that's where we are! Imagine living in central London and not able to use your mobile phone service,cause the company you pay turned it off.
