All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying Β£40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Shows how stupid these companies are. Could have left me ticking over (and others like me) and passed on the savings!

Kieren Holmes (@KierenHolmes) reported@ee #ee after 20+ years with you with phones, broadband and smart watches I will NOT be renewing my contract in the summer. #inflation is not 14.4%. That's a scandalous increase and will likely backfire, I'm sure I won't be the only loyal customer to leave.
