Mike Holden (@MikeHolden42) reported from Burnley, England@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.
-
🍩 Doughnut Wuuf 🍩 ドーナツ 🧍➡🇺🇦 (@pastrywuff) reported from Leyland, EnglandYou know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!
-
Amy Prescott Diaz (@MoCuishle_) reported from Blackburn, England@EE Ah, thats a shame. I don't have time to call so wanted to do it online. Never mind, thanks anyway.

-
Dwayne Waddy (@Waddy17) reported from Whalley, England@EE Why can I get better deals just by searching on the internet than I can from your dedicated upgrade page. Customer for 10+ years, think it time 👋

All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.
-
AlexW⚽️🎶🇪🇺🌈 (@AlexWilliams01) reported from Ramsbottom, England@EE I've never really fancied a saveloy dip. Might have to summon up some courage and try one when we're next up in the True North-- whenever that might be. Stay safe.😷
-
Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, EnglandI've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.
-

Josh Bancroft 🎙📻 (@JoshBancroftUK) reported from Ramsbottom, EnglandAmazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened
-

-
🪬MissDoolittle.eth🪬 (@MissDoolittleSK) reportedSee whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal 😤 Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE 🙄 Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi
-
Omegamanuk (@Omegaman_uk) reportedDear @EE what’s the point of me accepting a contract renewal over the phone if you neither progress it, nor advise me of any issues? I’m making all the calls and getting no real answers here.
-
AndyLFC 🇬🇧 (@C2_ANDY74) reported@StuLittle1972 @EE Iv got the same text. But iv said that UK is behind countries like US,Canada, Europe and Asia when it’s come to mobile signal. Think the Government need to start looking at this so @andyburnham please do something

𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
-
shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
