    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed
