When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesnโt seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. Weโre stuck in a limbo.
