    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE Thanks for letting me have the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro for just Β£1. Shame you say dpd tried to deliver them when they never actually received them and cancelled the order and now cannot reorder as the voucher code has already been used!

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given Β£40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay Β£53 per month, I have to pay Β£67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and β€˜existing’ as with BT now.
