All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is ยฃ3k. We have had 3 โengineersโ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.
