The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE I have an 0800 to call tomorrow I will see what they say. If I have lost a business number of 25 yrs it will be disastrous. It seems no department communicates with each other or is trained properly. I pay £350 pm for 4 mobiles! Ombudsmen complaint plus legal. I hope u sort

@EE Renewed broadband with you earlier which was fine & added an unlimited call pack which was also fine, but a 700 minute call pack is also included on the contract documents which we don't want. This happened yesterday & failed the renewal. Any help please?

Poor show @EE… £55 bill because I didn’t return a piece of equipment . YOU failed to send the return label, despite it being requested MULTIPLE times!! Phoned to complain, helpline assistant admitted the “Text system didn’t always work!!!” New Broadband provider required…
