@EE I have no phone signal. Yet again ....and again I wasn't informed of the 'planned work'.. even I though I was informed last time this happened that I would get an e mail about any 'planned work'...beyond a joke now

Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE Atrocious service over the last 24 hours. My heart goes out to the EE staff replying on Twitter. Not you’re fault for this appalling treatment of customers who rely on EE for their businesses. The cost to the economy must have been in the millions yesterday.

Fedback from @EE was I didn't show enough 'loyalty' or 'commitment' to them as I said if I got an offer from another company I'd take whichever offer best suited my needs. I guess they don't want employees able to make informed decisions. Loyalty, been a customer for years 👍

Shocking customer service from @EE . Waited over 30 days for my new IPad (absolutely fine with this), it was supposed to be delivered today, told it’s on the way, rang them up and I’ve now been told it’s out of stock and I’ll have to wait another 30 days at least 👍👍
