    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE @GoogleUK The worst network. I challenge EE you are giving wrong info in many places about the speed and the network coverage . No network in LS16 7AW. send your technician to check physically on this postcode.

    @EE @EEHelpdesk I know you didn't reply to my last tweet but should it really take more than 2 weeks for a SIM upgrade. Customer support say go to the shop. The Harrow shop can't scan my passport to assist. 4 phones on my contract, if you don't care I'll find a new provider.

    @EE Absolutely disgraceful service tonight. Been with you for 18 years to be told we have been mis-sold products. Was actually calling to upgrade an existing contract and purchase 2 new handsets for the pay only sim only contacts we bought 3months ago. Shame on you 😡

    Seems @ee is down yet again! Don’t know what I’m paying (over the odds), 2 phones and a mobile router are not cheap but too often there are service problems.

    @EE hi I have a issue with your customer service over the phone and people confused with what they are PROMISING. In this day and age is this disgusting and unacceptable. I have been with you for 4 years and love EE but now im upset with this treatment.
