Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

@ee While in the Glasgow Fort store today, I overheard one of the staff dealing with a customer with a broken phone. She went above and beyond to ensure that the man was aware of his options while allowing him to decide what he wanted to do. Excellent customer service! 👏👏
