    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    Well @EE have surpassed themselves again... Not been helpful at all and when you feel like your finally getting somewhere they let you down again. Well and truly fed up and pissed off

    @EE There is always room for a discount. Never not had one before. It's who you speak to and if they are willing to make it happen. On this occasion I'm not thought worthy of it

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE any signal issues in Leeds city centre, getting 2mbs on multiple tests after restarting and turning internet off/on etc.....

    @lisamaky @EE Not sure how you can justify increasing prices when the service is as bad as it is, particularly at my home address Standish Wigan, we simply do not make calls on the mobile network the signal is that bad! Mobile checker states good coverage indoors and great outdoors, 👎

    @EE Hey Tom, honestly I have no idea what’s going on with it right now. App says suspended, your system says I’m not, my brain is trying to complete with basic life etc. just want you to know that this wasn’t a dig directly at EE. It was more asking for help because I can’t do this

    @EE EE was good for me when it worked but went down for too long and too often. Been with @O2 for a few years now it's so much more reliable.

    @EE I have no issues paying my bills, and the increase is not going to affect me. What affects me is when companies blatantly lie about costs, the expansion contracts don't increase month by month once signed they stay the same barring unknown issues.

    @EE @keithmac36 Price increase shocking most people got 2% rise increments if at all. Inflation at its highest. Fuel, food, tbh everything. People will be cancelling or down grading

    Why is it EE customer service sales people always seem not bothered? I can't be asked to do sales attitude.. Either you want it or piss off almost feels like.... wanted to get an upgrade, came out wanted to look elsewhere. Well done @EE #shitcustomerservice #EE #upgrade

    its 2022 and im having to constantly use @ThreeUK 3g network because its 4g network is absolutely ******* DOGSHIT! No wonder you are losing customers year on year! @EE for me when the new galaxy comes out! Hallelujah!
