@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE you can get it cheaper elsewhere with ee as a provider because they can obvioulsy sell access to they network cheaper to third parties than they will sell it to you. price gauging much? yes i think so. they are also unhelpful and cant price match till you say you are leaving

@EE It is about time that EE was honest with people living in the centre of Cardiff and say that they really do not have a proper signal. I have been asking him about this now for over three years and still there is no proper signal in Pontcanna. It is a disgrace
