@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

@EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

@EE We are all out of Contract at the end of February, Not an easy decision as I said customers since the days of mercury. I accept investment needs to be made in the network. But that investment is clearly not in our area, (likely going to big cities) which we are paying for (2/2)

Been with @EE for 22 years, wow. Moved to @Plusnet today which is EE underneath in any regard. Contract dropped from to £8 from £24. I’ll never understand how they can do it for that price using EE’s network but EE themselves can’t do it. It’ll make sense to someone I’m sure.

@RobNoLastName @EE @Plusnet Mobile prices have fallen through the floor, and you were stuck on 22 years of sitting on their laurels when you kept paying My neighbour pays 60 a month for basic broadband for the same reason. Had it for 15 years and never rang in And if you're SIM free its even cheaper.

@EE When i clicked to activate it said it would cancel at the end of my payment period & my payment would cancel. Ive checked this on subscriptions within my apple account. So it should end on 15th & transfer to EE?
