    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    So we thought we’d get broadband with @EE there was somehow a mix up & then we had our installation date moved to a later date, today it was supposed to be installed & my partner has taken half the day off work to wait in for the engineer only for the engineer never to turn up!

    After a run of138 days, #iwatch gave me cals @ then at 11:30pm lost them meaning didn’t get perfect week or month. So ditched watch & now using heart band from gym. Hate tech when it fails. Surprised at @AppleSupport but @EE will cancel when contract expires. No more #iwatchguilt

    @EE Andrew, I can tell you that when she tries to acces the phone it’s locked & not recognising the 4 digit numerical code or thumb recognition. Her local EE store seemed to think it was a technical problem with the phone.

    @AppleSupport & @EE my 82 yr old Mum recently got a new Iphone & it is has locked her out. Correct ID or thumb recognition not working. EE shop in Southport UK can’t help. Apple have booked her an appt Tues in Liverpool a 1 hour train journey!! Any better option given her age?

    @EE Yes. I spoke to someone before end of contract who agreed that customer has paid for phone after 24 months and my bill should then not be £80/£90 per month. My bill for May/June combined is over £290 ....ridiculous

    @EE Moving from o2. EE store manager transferred my number on Sunday without checking my phone was unlocked however o2 were supposed to have done this 2 weeks ago. Now due to the number transferring I'm left without a phone as SIM that doesn't work, but paying for it!

    Well @EE have lost a customer today, charging me £8 a month extra for 18 months on add-ons that I don't use nor am I able to see/ manage in my online account. (Before you comment, I've contacted support and they've given me a £60 refund, not even close to the money I've lost).
