Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

@EE details PM'd . Due to upgrade myself, I have other questions to ask since all the disruption to service of late. Are you cutting all 4G signal to force 5G upgrades at higher costs or will 4G be contined as i do not see any service plans on your site for 4G ?

@EE Once again, outage, no signal at all since early this morning. Last 4 hours no service at all. Should any emergency happen would be unable to contact or be contacted by anyone. is this becoming a common occurance ? several times now over the last month or two.

Apart from 2018 I've never had an issue with @EE but this past month has left me fuming with additional stress that I didn't need. Seriously pissed off at the current failure and if someone was physically in front of me it wouldn't be pleasant for them.
