    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

    @EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    @EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @EE Hi, I need some help. I'm in Ireland and I'm trying to make a call to the UK, but it's saying it can't connect? It was fine earlier, but it's started doing this in the past couple of hours. I can make calls to Irish numbers though which is weird.

    Luckily for @EE I was able to upgrade online (not my preference) but had the @VodafoneUK shop been accessible you would have lost a customer due to #AccessibilityFail all shops should do better to include #Disabled customers

    @bt_uk Requested for Monday. Hopefully I’m not charged some ludicrous amount by @EE as a result of having to stream my lecture via phone. Went with EE for “supposed” ease in combination with Internet service, but who knows after today? I’ve got enough to worry about with university.
