    Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

    @EE my 84 yr old Mum is trying to rearrange a ‘home move order’. She was kept waiting on chat for over an hour today & the number eventually provided to the dedicated team 0207 362 0200 says this number is not in service! How can you help her sort this?

    @EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

    @EE It was rather slow yesterday morning in the LS7 1 area. Very slow in Newcastle, York and Birmingham centre Friday 12th Aug.

    Going to have to venture to the @ee store today as it's damn near impossible to get a similar contract deal online, most deals are more expensive or a fraction of the data bundle size.

    @EE @GoogleUK The worst network. I challenge EE you are giving wrong info in many places about the speed and the network coverage . No network in LS16 7AW. send your technician to check physically on this postcode.

    @Capt_tuBBymAN @EE I was championing this idea several years ago at Narnia (CTC) - do all the computing in the cloud, give all the ATCOs iPAD Pro and Google glasses and close down all the expensive Centres. My other idea was double decker runways at Heathrow to increase capacity 👻

    @EE Hi, can you advise when your stores will start selling iPhones unlocked to any network, as per the OFCOM regulations please. I want to run a new iPhone on a dual SIM with a personal EE and Three for work as they cannot give me an answer in store

    @EE OK sim arrived its been in my phone since yesterday still just says "emergency calls only" is it because I provided my pac code when I ordered online and I'm waiting on it porting over? Or do I need to activate it first as the leaflet said it would be ready to go

    @EE - Was with EE for 2 years and had a great service, made a mistake and went to Sky. Asked EE to reconnect so why did EE open a new BT contract? I don’t want oversees call centres and the bad service BT provide, I asked for EE NOT BT. What’s going on?
