  @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE your complaints team finally rang me several days after they said they would. My complaint was not resolved. Your call operator was patronising and could not explain why the issue was unresolvable. Incredible. Do you want customers?
