Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

@ee I’ve got to be honest. For a company that claims to have the best speeds in the uk, your internet is atrocious. Even Vodafone has been better. I’ve been using mobile for years and recently bought your broadband and was the biggest mistake. Awful coverage.
