  @EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!
