    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @EE No options were given to her other than this additional contract which I’m sure you can agree is a waste of money - her monthly outgoing is now over £120. The decent thing would be to find a reasonable solution or to point her to Samsung directly where i see (1/2)

    @EE One of your advisers told me my phone was on van to be delivered yesterday and it never arrived so I got intouch again to find out the phone is out of stock and was never on van to be delivered

    @EE Yes, after missing a vital call from a solicitor who was able to represent me, but is not now able to. It was my last hope for something, but that is now shattered. My life will actually, literally, be forever affected by this. I think I will never forgive @EE.

    Dear @EE Could I ask why your business customer service is so poor? 4 times I've been let down, broken delivery promises, cancelled upgrade & now out of stock. If it took you 4 attempts to get my payments I'm sure you wouldn't be very happy.
