  • IanMoodyPhoto The Real Ian Moody (@IanMoodyPhoto) reported from Penistone, England

Network coverage in Penistone from @EE is still non existent, has been for almost a week. I've reported it numerous times but on the website there are still 'no known issues'. Does that mean the web reporting isn't working?

  • Ruthlisaellis Ruth Farrell (@Ruthlisaellis) reported from Meltham, England

Whats happening with the EE network? I've had no coverage for two days now?! #EE #phonenetwork @EE

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

  • shaunjharley Shaun Harley (@shaunjharley) reported from Leeds, England

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

  • Im_Planetdrama C GC (@Im_Planetdrama) reported from Gildersome, England

@EE please help I may be a victim of a scam I’ve DMd but so far had no reply .

  • thatwendyward Wendy Ward (@thatwendyward) reported from Stocksbridge, England

So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • LagstoneHall Michael Lockley #TheLostPaintingOfLagstoneHall (@LagstoneHall) reported from Leeds, England

@BCFC_4LIFE @yvonne_cassell @EE I too seem to have the same problem on a Nokia.

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • ialigizakis Ioannis (@ialigizakis) reported from Leeds, England

  • rache63985893 rache (@rache63985893) reported from Honley, England

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Rude

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • Emmyloubradders Emma Bradbury (@Emmyloubradders) reported from Cawthorne, England

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE has me on hold now for 21 mins now apparently he can’t get the manager so instead I’ve been put on hold as he said he can’t hang up the call and I need to do so. Very unprofessional for any staff to be treating a customer like this

@FrancisL1 @brightsider123 @EE USB-c Wireless not bad. Bought an Anker one off Amazon I think only about £12-15

  • hermesalmeidaj1 Hermes Almeida (@hermesalmeidaj1) reported

@EE @educationgovuk You tell me if I'm wrong but I would say the CVV is sensitive data and therefore the top up website should not keep it between transations. Minor safety issue...

  • TomDcFcMorris21 Tom Morris (@TomDcFcMorris21) reported

@EE Hi, Requested a new password 4 times over the past week, and I’ve still not received the link, almost like you want me to carry on paying stupid money a month for internet.

@brightsider123 @EE That's USB-C, the latest in the computer industry's never ending obsession with filling landfills with their past and now obsoleted inventions.
