    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

    So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

    Network coverage in Penistone from @EE is still non existent, has been for almost a week. I've reported it numerous times but on the website there are still 'no known issues'. Does that mean the web reporting isn't working?

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

    @EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @EE there is no connection on your 4g and i cant even connect to 5g, the phone connects to 3g meanwhile its on a call so im writing this meanwhile on a call with 150 EE automated service, funny

    @biomulv @EE @madebygoogle City centre here averages 100-150mbps downlink. This was in a residential area but it was only around 1.5 miles from the cell site with minimal obstruction. Vodafone is also solid here achieving similar speeds in lots of areas, but my own street is poor, 4G is heavily congested.

    Absolutely appalling service from @EE your updated app is terrible!! My son is stranded with no data and your app is telling me I’m not the account holder so I can’t access our accounts or help him! Over an hour wait to speak to someone. Disgraceful!!

    been waiting a week for @EE to fix their 80-pound charge after allowing scammers into my account. So far social media, email, telephone, and app support are busy "and will get back to me in due time". @EE Maybe just say you are understaffed and can't provide a proper service atm?

    @EE please please explain how, recently, the service we have from EE is totally unacceptable? 75% of calls from home are repeatedly dropped and the WiFi is very unreliable. I know you’re going to come back and say it’s very busy at moment. Employ more staff then. Easy
