Shout out to @EE for having absolutely awful service in Leeds at the moment. I work in the city centre?? How do I have barely any signal here? And barely any in east Leeds either? I thought your service was supposed to have great signal in this city?

Hi @EE..... Been a customer for 25 years and I have had to wait for 10 days for sim card to a phone you have already sent me.... Disgusting scenes. The card isn't even being sent through recorded mail or couriered to our home address. Absolutely disgusting - I'm truly sickened.

@EE I had a similar conversation with EE about the poor reception in Rangeworthy 5 years ago. Nothing has changed! The area needs a dedicated mast to stop the nonexistent or flakey 4G we currently get. .
