Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@EE Been using EE for years. Bill went up year ago for faster broadband. BUT im not happy about my fibre broadband bill cost me £41 a month just for Broadband. Heard other using to watch TV cable with broadband like Virgin etc for under £40 a month.Will decided to cancel it soon
