  @EE There will be a transcript of the chat through the handler at those times, it’s quite common to move complainants out of a public arena and onto a private area. Your handler didn’t resolve my issues so I’m leaving, PAC code ordered. EE failed.

  @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

  @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!
