    @EE I’ve put in a formal complaint and will Dm you it now. I’ve been told another 48 hour wait dispute being told Tuesday, weds and now 48 hours. Clearly trying to keep me beyond my 14 day cooking off period

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @_CharlotteLou @EE @EEHelpdesk Unfortunately similar experience including unexplained activities on my bill.Challenged and he put phone down and fobbed me of to Ombudsman.They even denied a call took place when EE sent me the recording and now I'm making some progress 10 years customer..

    @EE So it takes you 4 tweets of pure waffle to say I can't use my discount, even though I've got 3 contracts, and could have used it on 2 if them when they were upgraded. It certainly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer, I haven't changed since you were one-2-one
