@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

@VillanAston @EE It's not a common fault we're aware of, but if you're struggling to get signal even outdoors in the postcodes you've provided, it's the only possible explanation we can think of, given the other troubleshooting steps we've already carried out. 1/2

@EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it
