Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
