Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @davidhaslehurst @EE It was probably instore, her 2yr contract has just come to an end which was £15 for 250mb and about 150mins and 500 txt which was shocking anyway so I’ve told her I’d arrange a sim only but the store have sold her a shit one again, £12 for 1gb data and locked in for 12mnths! 😡

    @EE I’ve apparently used 100GB of data since 7th January when last month I had 70GB left over on my mobile WiFi device. I spent 3 hours on Thursday trying to sort it out and a further hour today. The poor service gives me no faith in your company so I’ve cancelled my contract.

    @EE Tried all that. The speed is always high, as expected. The issue is how long it takes to get there. Constantly hanging. It is the router firmware. It is not suitable for the job. To reiterate, your router is EXACTLY the same as the BT one. Never had an issue before swapping

    @EE Another member of staff then came across and told the customer that they "should have ordered the phone in store then" I stood with the lady while she called the call centre to escalate and the solution was to go back to store and ask for help. Inappropriate.

    @EE The store member was not in the back. They were overtly on the shop floor, sprawled across a sofa like a hungover teenager. They only moved to speak to a customer after another customer prompted them. They then berrated the customer they were serving for having "out of date ID"

    @EE .Ash, thank you for your reply. I am merely a third party that has been witness to an appalling level of service. When a member of staff is laid across a sofa in the back of the store then surely the management ability of said store should come under scrutiny.

    @EE Hey, don't worry, I've checked the coverage before and unfortunately no carrier manages to get 4G indoors here. It stops just shy of our road. A few years ago they wanted to build an antenna nearby but the NIMBY's got up in arms. Now they wonder why our reception is poor.
