EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mdbrickell Matthew Brickell (@mdbrickell) reported

@EE It has yes. Like i said its pointless complaining or providing feedback until you actually make it clear they will lose the contract with you as they dont care,@DPD will never provide a satisfactory service and they are in par in uselessness as Hermes/Evri

  • JefferiePhil Phil Jefferie (@JefferiePhil) reported

@EE Network is awful in Wv16 6 area. Used to have signal but during the last 2 months I have barely been able to make a call, when I do, it drops out. I am not getting the service I pay for, expect a refund and to get out of contract unless it is resolved in 2 weeks

  • allan_clarke Allan Clarke (@allan_clarke) reported

@EE Still have problems. Thought I'd replied so apologies. I am getting a text each day, same message, 'taking longer than expected'. Data speeds down at @ 1mb at best now since Aug 15th. Did use website to raise complaint 3 days ago. Received auto response, nothing since!

  • crug76 Craig Robertson (@crug76) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@EE currently sitting on hold since 10:15 am 2hrs 35 mins and you call yourself Britons biggest mobile network this is an absolute joke !

  • Gibbo19780 coroline1💙 (@Gibbo19780) reported

@EE hi can you share data with another EE customer?

  • mdbrickell Matthew Brickell (@mdbrickell) reported

@EE Wheres the point in complaining you still use them, so no incentive to fix the problem..... Received this one, the driver opened the front door and left in hall of shared house no signature asked for. Oh well at least thats better than the driver who actually stole item at xmas

  • Adam8edward Adamedward (@Adam8edward) reported

@EE 48 mins yesterday and so far 7 minutes today trying to get through to customer services….. what’s going on🤯😤

  • __SMaster__ s (@__SMaster__) reported

@davidroachcouk @EE Don’t join Voda. Currently using them and their internet speeds can be way better. 3G is practically useless and 5 g isn’t quick at all. But worst of all is their network coverage, although you get signal in most areas it means nothing as the quality of the signal is poor

  • Dylan77395668 Dylan (@Dylan77395668) reported

    @EE your service or rubbish

  • frosted_north Frosty (@frosted_north) reported

@MissLauraHolmes @EE Aren't companies legally obliged to make reasonable adjustments to avoid excluding people with disabilities from using their products and services? Wouldn't a reasonable adjustment be either a more helpful approach to the contract or some sort of signal booster? @ee
