@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

@EE hello, I’ve had no phone signal in SK13 all morning. The network signal checker says there’s a fault been reported but I’m yet to hear any update and unable to call 150 for help?

Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

@foster63 @EE They've given me 50GB on the phone so I can use it as a hotspot, but that doesn't help the server which now has no internet connection. It can't use a wireless hotspot, so I need to look at how I can route its connection through the laptop, which is using the hotspot. Not easy.

@EE Hi there, your network went down in Harrow yesterday, was still out this morning, coverage checker now says no problems. Our Broadband is still out though. Have reset the router etc. Kind of a pain when I'm working from home! Help!

@EE February 2nd it will be 2 months since i ordered the iphone 12pro max......... not even getting updates from EE anymore. That’s the best mobile phone network provider in the UK 😡😡
