128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

I go uptown only to find the @EE signal was down & couldn’t use my phone to check my banking apps, make/receive calls or check my home cameras 😭 was waiting for a important call as well , lucky soon as I moved away from town the signal came back 🙌🏻 #ee

@EE what a company you are, for over month try sort out upgrade which you 1st sent wrong phone which was returned then fraud issue on the accout you then bill over £200 for stuff I've not ordered after phones calls to your team to get this sorted out you 2day cut off the phone

Help @EE 🙏- my broadband router has somehow renamed itself & am unable to use it as a result. Logged into it & changed the Wi-Fi name again but it still broadcasts the same.
