@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@OpenreachHelp Hello, you are the provider for our @EE broadband. Internet has been down in the CM1 area for approx 4 hours. The green light on the router was flashing, now it’s a steady yellow. The LOS on the wall box is red. Have restarted it a few times but still the same.

@EE it was activated via your press one services said so sent a push notification. can you just refund us as we have to go to a wifi hotspot to get the forms to sue you and fill them out. @ee can only converse via legal channels. owing to horrendous customer services.

@pedroadelino @EE EE are a network of above average list prices, but they offer a lot of deals. Three UK are a network of low list prices but potentially less discount. To be honest, no UK network has high SIM only prices vs what some countries pay. They're all fairly reasonable.

@EE My mobile signal has been incredibly low all day. After turning airplane mode on and off it goes back up for 2-6 mins approx before dropping again. I’m in W13 and I reported it hours ago but I’m fed up now – is it an issue with my handset or phone mast?
