EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Elizabeth Gordon (@Elizabe91626828) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.
-
stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.
-
KP (@96Swinger) reported@EE Hello, I purchased some earbuds from yourself but they have now broken (purchased in March) Are these still under warranty and is there anything I need to do?
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE I've already told you I don't subscribe to the EE mobile service. So could you explain to me please why you think that my phone has an EE SIM card inside it?
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@charmed_og @EE To be fair I don’t have a lot of problems with them except service problems

martin dudley (@martindudley20) reported@EE Outage issues in the HR8 area (Herefordshire)?
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
-
Lee W1875 (@LeeW1875) reported@totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
