    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE Having the 4GEE we pay for would be nice. Yet another day where we have no internet at all and I cannot work remotely. Understand issue with another mast on private land - well over a week and not repaired. Rubbish service from EE yet again.

    @EE It’s honestly everywhere. He never has much signal and browsing on data is super slow. He’s said he would contact EE about it but hasn’t yet. Pays £80 a month and can barely use it.

    @EE bit embarrassed so far that I recommended my partner to swap to your network and no Email address was taken for DPD details, no tracking number has been sent and therefore the delivery time couldn’t be upgraded. Hopefully it arrives before 1pm or it’s going to be a problem!
