  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didn’t happen & I was charged £72.87 for April! It’s infuriating I can’t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times.   @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.
