@EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

@EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesn’t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? It’s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

@EE Part of the issue is I asked DPD to call their driver and get him to deliver, apparently DPD cannot speak to their own drivers but you guys can (I am unsure how that makes sense). I did try to call EE but you had wait times of over 30 mins so I gave up.

@EE in the USA, wife’s Travel Data Max plan added to account. She got ‘we’ve had a problem updating your account’ text. Called you x2 (40 min+ wait each time) told to wait 24hrs then will work. It’s doesn’t. Can you please resolve? our sons been in hospital & this is debilitating
