    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesn’t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? It’s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

    @budgei1969 @EE I don't even know. I got to payment. Confirmed payment. Shows on bank statement as pending. No confirmation from EE. It's anybody's guess. The whole thing is a total **** show. I feel really bad for the independent "little guy" retailers closing shops cuz they can't sell PS5s.

    The @EE website has to be the worst website ever. I was on at the point the XSX was in stock, "need to login" even though I was logged in then keeps redirecting in a circle. Also I've had to register my interest 3 times due to this, which apparently just means sign up for spam.

    What a poor service @EE is.. waiting over 3 weeks for a new phone, of be told still don’t know when it’s coming, but expect me to pay a non tariff bill on old phone £40 higher, because they haven’t delivered new phone in time.. What a joke.
