  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.
