Nick Curry (@nickbalti) reportedWell… after 15 years with my current network I concluded that they are now unusable! 4G showing but cannot even load a blank webpage with a single word on it! Tried an @EE SIM today and wow… what a difference! I shall be moving my devices over as soon as possible! Thank you EE!

Please call us...." which kinda defeats the object of why I'm doing it online. Is it my land-line number you need for my account?

Tony Shaw (@tonyshawadi) reported@EE Finally spoke to a very helpful chap on the four attempt and several hours later on Thursday. Replacement handset on its way 🤞 this resolves the issue with my phone. It doesn’t make up for the service or wasted time though

Jill and David Kelly (@ke1_jilland) reported@EE Elderly Parents have been without mobile internet for several weeks now (Colintraive/Glendaruel). Status page just shows resolution time of 8 hours that never changes. Come on EE..they live in a rural community and rely on this life line for so much.

Amount Ofcom fined EE for over-charge 118 numbers. £245,000. Times I was put through to someone senior when I complained of an inaccuracy on my account. 0.
