@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

@Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@EE What’s going on I’ve had no signal all week? Can’t make or receive texts or calls. I did a Facebook post last night asking if others were having issues and lots in my city are effected. Can’t see family now I cant ring them!

@EE Still without internet since you switched me to fibre on Thursday. I’m told it can take until Tuesday to sort, a very poor service! I’m not feeling ‘jolly’!

@EE That was who we went to but unfortunately they simply didn't understand or were not equipped to deal with a routing issue in your network and we could not get past your initial tier of support.

@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.
