@ee why is your network so rubbish in Leeds. Sat at Temple Newsam, 4G 3bars. Pretty much zero throughput. Same in Leeds City Centre. And where I live, I’m lucky to get even 2g. Sort it out EE!

  • rhiannonlough Rhiannon (@rhiannonlough) reported

@EE Is there a problem with EE coverage in glasgow? Smart hub is showing connected on all devices but not actually working

  • TheSnakesVenom TheSnakesVenom (@TheSnakesVenom) reported

@EE No the signal has gone off after being fixed yesterday its back off again today

  • AndrewYee2 Andrew Yee (@AndrewYee2) reported

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I suggest getting free SIM from Vodafone and check that signal is ok where you often are like at home. Personally I buy phone outright and go Sim only. Also if you want Vodafone, try VOXI which uses their network but cheaper. Completely free social media

  • _the_moc_ Steven Fiore (@_the_moc_) reported

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK But the phone direct and get a sim only plan. Cheaper in the long run and you can switch providers every 3-6 months if they are ****

  • mrfavus Rich "Favus" Smith (@mrfavus) reported

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I moved to EE from Vodaphone because of terrible coverage (but that was years ago) and they don't pay any tax

  • MarkLoveridge15 Mark Loveridge (@MarkLoveridge15) reported

@EE I've just tried using the app and as usual it's down. For a telecommunications company you have got to have the worst app in the world it's rubbish.

  • AbbieEaton44 Abbie Eaton (@AbbieEaton44) reported

Advice welcome! 📱 I’ve been an @ee customer for 10+ years and am due an upgrade at the moment. But researching deals out there looks like @VodafoneUK are the cheapest for the new iPhone 13 Pro… What’s the coverage/service like on Vodafone? Worth a swap?

  • sydkerrigan2018 syd kerrigan (@sydkerrigan2018) reported

@EE Well your unexpected errors cost you a £180 a month customer 👍🏻👍🏻

  • alfista_alex Alexis Pope (@alfista_alex) reported

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK My personal phone is EE- hard to fault. My work iPhone is Vodafone- terrible by comparison. Text Info to 85075, and like magic EE retentions will call you and offer to price match.
