@the_pintman @vickymc01 @EE So by your logic any company can throw out their customer agreement with no impunity? If you own a business, your customers should take note... this guy thinks it's ok to *maybe* honour an agreement.

Carl (@carl_h_photo) reported
@SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE A proportion of my monthly bill, mine is £108 for one handset. Available on other networks for £48. I pay a premium for a significantly larger network of masts and support. That’s the problem. They’ve gone silent.
-
Eden Tyrrell (@tyrrelleden1) reported
@EE Just been told by technical support it could be another 24 hrs 😡
-
Jordan (@Milnthorpe52) reported
@EE Your service is a joke, meant to be ‘UK’s No.1 Network’ ha my arse! Never used such a **** service!! 🤬
-
Sean p (@SeanQui95970135) reported
@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE But what would you expect? It's clearly stated in every mobile network's terms and conditions that liability is limited to the service provided and paid for. If someone loses an appointment for 100 pounds, a network is not going to credit that back. They'd all go out of business.

Daniel Woodley 🇺🇦 (@dwoodley1990) reported
@EE what is the issue with your service today? I'm in Canada and having to resort to wifi at restaurants just to get around the city. Additionally I missed a bus thanks to not being able to show a mobile ticket. £78 I am paying you a month!
