@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

@EE why is it so difficult to top up an ee SIM card? Can’t text or call customer services as the 150 number is chargeable, customer servs from another phone will cos £6+ & a top up voucher isn’t being recognised!

@EE, I've just received an email claiming my monthly billing hadn't gone through & to click on a link to correct this. If I was a pay monthly customer, I might have been taken in. The email has been reported as a phishing scam. Will you alert your actual customers?

@EE Thank you. I turned my tele on and was shocked to see it had just vanished. Especially after being a loyal customer for so many years. And I'd prefer to do it all online
