    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @EE shocked by poor customer service when there has been a clear mistake. I have been with you for over 15 years and you can't courier me a new sim even tho I am offering to pay and your customer service just hung up on me despite on excess of 30 mins wait on your phone, what?

    @EE Signal is not available in Bournemouth BH7 due to construction of massive Hospital wing between us and the mast which is disrupting the service. Numerous staff are unable to receive calls or access 4G. Can you help?

    @EE Yes , there wasn’t any. As I said this isn’t a new problem and fed up of it failing when I need to use it. The only streaming app I’ve ever known to consistently have issues. The forums and Q & A confirm that I’m not alone.

    @EE For past week my internet is failing daily on my phone (but not laptop) which tells me its a phone network issue? During the day it wont work but in the evening it does??

    @EE Hi, I'm looking at mobile broadband. I like the idea of being able to take it with me and would be easier to do this as I'm moving in the next 6 months. My only issue is that I'm not sure that it is suitable for my requirements and wondered if there was a way to trial this?

    @EE They openend like a minute after I sent it and no, they didn't explain me. Also I want to tell you that I needed to do what I wanted through the phone. You have an amazing customer service on the phone.
