    @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @EE you're giving me hassle and a problematic contract revision, IT SHOULDNT be difficult. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.

    EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed

    ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    .@ee @eesupport Hello EE its marcel. Pls fix my broadband it is ruining my valorant gameplay and im gonna have 2 Explore my options if u make me lose RR again. When it disconnects it says broadband is disconnected even though ive changed nothing. Thx - marcel customer
