@EE Thanks for your reply, Chris. I was expecting a price increase but not by this percentage. I hope you will at least do all you can to support any customers who fall into financial difficulties.

  • BNixon1991 Briony (@BNixon1991) reported

@EE can you please explain why my phone is saying no SIM - no service? It's been going on since Sunday.

  • SHPETeacher13 Sam Skinner (@SHPETeacher13) reported

Recently renewed my @EE contracts for mob & broadband to find out due to inflation prices will increase by £5 and £4.18 a month! Is that a joke?! I was already pushing the limit when I renewed, knowing this I would have gone elsewhere after being a customer for over 15yrs!

  • technoxcookie Jen 🦋 (@technoxcookie) reported

@EE why do you increase the prices so much! I got my upgrade at the weekend and I’m paying £81 a month, and you’ve just emailed to say you’re increasing it by £11?! What ********!

  • samnickerson Sam Nickerson #GTTO (@samnickerson) reported

@sjam29 @EE Every service provider is doing 14.4%?

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

So now @EE Keep hanging up on me. @Ofcom seem to be fine with #Neurodivergent people been treated like crap by big providers It appears the #CRA2015 & #equalityAct2010 are nothing more than a list of suggestions. This whole situation is now making me ill.

  • natasharam78 Tashi (@natasharam78) reported

@EE still waiting to hear why an agreed £200 upgrade fee became £730 and taken straight from my account. Waited 5 days now to hear back. This money has occurred a series of bills to bounce back, causing serious problems. This needs to get sorted ASAP.

  • adrian83caveill AC Photography (@adrian83caveill) reported

@EE I can cet the newer phone for nearly £40 less per month than what you are charging me! That is the worst reply ever! You did exactly the same last year. Disgraceful service from you. I've been a customer for 10+ years, and cannot wait to cancel with you!

  • Minesh1986 Minesh Tambyrajah (@Minesh1986) reported

Avoid EE, upgraded my phone on the promise of £300 reward card that wasnt even running. EE have acknowledged I was lied to over the phone but wont honor the agreement. Best they can do is £50. Not the best way to treat customers of over 10 years. @EE #EE #SCAM #Time2switch

  • timthespark tim paver (@timthespark) reported

@EE Upfront maybe but no one ever expected inflation to be as high as it is in my opinion you could go far more to help loyal customers from years and years it’s just greed
