I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

So I shutdown to try it again and now I just goes into a loop of the start-up process stopping at a certain point. The router works on my ancient mac mini.

Ee sent engineer out 2weeks ago showed me how unstable connection is saying 1 of worse he ever seen ee would have to get bt out. Then he told ee no problems can u fix it and I change from ee to you ????

Didn't realise, in my slight panic, the option to get £11 add on for cheaper international mins. Just received £120 bill at £3.42 per min. Talk of insult to injury. (1/2)
