    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @EE @GoogleUK The worst network. I challenge EE you are giving wrong info in many places about the speed and the network coverage . No network in LS16 7AW. send your technician to check physically on this postcode.

    @SteveDrums2 @EE Hi Steve. There are several factors to consider. Your WiFi connectivity to your router - but let’s assume that’s ok for now (or try the previous test with a cat 5e network cable if you have a spare network socket on your router). Typically MB/s download speeds are affected 1/2

    @EE network still not connecting here, so into the second day. Service checker says they know there is a problem, but no information on how long. Cannot access bank, paypal etc as they require text message. Looked at EE live chat. Says "Checking availability" for 5min now...

    @EE Hi Jo, thanks for the reply. I've tried restarting the router a couple of times, but with no luck sadly. All the router icons are lit up green, but still receiving either very slow or no broadband.
