Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE Been using EE for years. Bill went up year ago for faster broadband. BUT im not happy about my fibre broadband bill cost me £41 a month just for Broadband. Heard other using to watch TV cable with broadband like Virgin etc for under £40 a month.Will decided to cancel it soon
