I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

I texted 150 Because I’m travelling and my data stopped working. The service didn’t work. It’s really bad that none of the methods to get in touch works!

Every other week we get a message saying you are working on them but our signal has been on only 1-2 bars for weeks! We're fed up with it. The masts were working perfectly well beforehand. Sort it or lose customers!
