Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

Been waiting a week for my phone number to move, had 4 days of sorry wrong sim - use this other one and it will definitely happen tomorrow but it’s now a week and still no number.
