Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

If a wait is really required, why? It also must be made clear if this is the case and it’s not. My wife activated the service after 3 days
