    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

    @EE I never heard so much crap a certain other network are currently offering 200gb for £47 on iPhone 13pro you showers want £50 after I’ve traded a phone in your pricing is ridiculous and coverage is atrocious I’m South Wales I struggle to get any g never mind 4g

    @EE Two chats and I can go to a different site and get cheaper off the shelf. In fact my current deal is more expensive than new deals with 5G and more data. I’m already on a bad deal. My 24 months are up so standard upgrade.
