@EE follow your letter of dump my customer for 3 g phone I requested no further. Service after September for 2 phone. Bt has sunk ee custom reality in my mind for eu roaming I will be leaving with all my business phone as soon as possible I will not be subject to blackmail

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE are an absolute joke. I pay close to £500 a month for my business contracts and for a while my signal has been rubbish when on the phone to clients. Turns out their network has been down along the north wales coast since SEPTEMBER 🙃
