    @EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

    @EE Afternoon, we use EE for our internet at home (sim card router). For the past week, we have been having extremely poor signal and issues in our area. The EE coverage checker says there is a problem in our area...for a week now. Any update possible on a fully restored connection?

    @EE Hi AJ. Done everything Customer service e and level 2 technician has told me yo only got blame the externsl attenaa that I paid EE £100 for bug EE won't do anything about saying it is down to the installing contractor TSG, to resolve. But TGS say Gary need EE to instruct them.

    Been waiting for 2 months for @EE + @BT to stop blaming each other and install our #WiFi Really terrible #customerservice with #OpenReach engineers not turning up or cancelling appointments. Anyone ever had this bad of an experience and have any advice?

    So, my daughter has ended up with a £156 bill after she used her @EE mobile to call @TalkTalk 's customer services' number (who cut her off twice) to cease her broadband in her student flat. Talk Talk's number wasn't included in her free minutes. Absolute ripoff. @MartinSLewis

    @EE How come ? Did you next to the network TOWER try Speedtest ??? I m in manchester , don’t said 5G , even cannot get 4G ,, most time I only get 3G now … !

    @EE I am stuck in the middle with EE or TGS tnot taking responsibility this is why I have ordered a fixed line fibre service with Troli fibre and will be cancelling our 4 phone and watch lines next month when they are out of contract moving over to another service provider.

    @EE You may be getting £60 a month for the next 17 months from me for a service that is not working but as of next month losing £110 of voice services from a 15 year customer never to return. Plus the nice new sign that has just been erected tell all about poor EE product.
