Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag.
