Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

Going to have to venture to the @ee store today as it's damn near impossible to get a similar contract deal online, most deals are more expensive or a fraction of the data bundle size.

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

@EE just asked to cancel a broadband account for my father in law as he is now in residential care with dementia and was told no as it’s still in contract. Really saddened by this lack of compassion.

@lerrosja @EE With moving house have you checked the coverage map to see theres a decent signal there? Also there is a site where you can check where your local transmitter is so you can face your dongle that way.

@EE Really poor service from you. I won't be returning. Phoned 4 weeks ago, not once was I told when I switch I would need to request a network code to use my handset with another provider/sim. A handset I've fully paid off over 2 years. 7-10 days with no phone. Cheers fellas 👍🏻

@bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

@EE I’m still waiting for my BT sport to be activated and it’s been longer than 24 hours. Phoned EE last night and they said it was a BT issue and it would be activated today. Been waiting since Tuesday at 6pm. Any updates?
