128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

@EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

Hey @EE, My home wifi hasn’t been working as usual for at least 2 weeks. We have not been loyal customers for over 5 years, and have multiple packages including EE TV, EE mobile internet and house internet for this to be the case. Anyone else having home wifi problems?

@EE Hi, yeah it resolved itself after 2-3 hours, by which point I'd already got on WiFi, so didn't need to worry about your problems and could access what I needed.

@EE I did that and they just told me that they’re all charged before they’re given out so that there was nothing they could do. Very poor, it didn’t last any longer than the 5,000 version we have but it was too late to swap that so now we’re almost without power

@EE It is 27th of June and still no service in Vale of Glamorgan. Could you please help me understand what do you mean by as soon as possible? You mean in one week, one month, one year? We pay £52 per months for your supposed best network in the UK.
