Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

How come my cheapest upgrade for 3 GB sim with @EE is £21.50 p/m, yet I can get the same gig with @Plusnet for £7 p/m ? and.....Plusnet uses the EE network ? total rip off & no brainer really. Sorry EE you have lost a long standing customer #EE #Plusnet

@EE Thanks for getting back @EE. DM messaged and called as advised. After holding for over 30 mins, got through to someone, put on hold several time then deliberately cut off. Was this because the issue has still not been dealt with and it was easier to end the call. Seriously bad!
