    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

    Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

    @EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

    @EE are absolutely dreadful. Not just one advisor messing up but several. Also putting you into contracts without your knowledge and then expecting you to pay a fortune for cancellation they have messed up on. Never use EE!

    @EE why have you suddenly become completely incompetent? Content lock has never been on and today it is and you can NOT rectify this, phone call, bot, log in and do it myself, still locked!!!!! Is #Vodafone a better option for me?
