Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

@EE can't gift data to a number in my plan when they run out of data. Had the exact same issue back in 2017. Surprised it's still a thing. Not to worry, plan refreshes tomorrow though, just think it should be looked into though.

I recommend no one ever goes to @EE . The contracts are terrible and if you want to change your plan you can only increase it, not lower it
