  • MrsRuggsLeeds
Mary Ruggles (@MrsRuggsLeeds) reported from Leeds, England

@EE thanks for the excellent and efficient customer service. 15 min phone call yesterday evening and a new phone in the post by 9am today 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  • HollandLj
Lesley Holland (@HollandLj) reported from Royston, England

@EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

  • jessica_rudge
Rudgey. (@jessica_rudge) reported from Gildersome, England

    @keagan_g @O2 @EE It’s so bad! I’m not even with either providers, I’m with Vodafone 😂

  • botrash
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • LeftyHV
Chorlton (@LeftyHV) reported from Whitley, England

@EE waiting to hear about a job, previous tel number not transferred, can't get on voicemail & unable to get through for assistance. Rubbish service

  • botrash
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • nickholding01
Nick68 (@nickholding01) reported from Wakefield, England

@EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

  • philipstk
Philips (@philipstk) reported from Leeds, England

Shout out to @EE for having absolutely awful service in Leeds at the moment. I work in the city centre?? How do I have barely any signal here? And barely any in east Leeds either? I thought your service was supposed to have great signal in this city?

  • jpglover1982
JP Glover (@jpglover1982) reported from Ossett, England

@EE can I ask why there is no #itvhub or #4od on the TV service. I would love this being put on the service

  • DannyMaun
Danny Maun (@DannyMaun) reported from Dewsbury, England

@EE I’ve no signal, people can’t hear me and I’m sick of the poor service

  • arhyde
adam hyde (@arhyde) reported from Eggborough, England

@EE I'm currently in eggborough yorkshire and we have no phone service yet your website says it's fine....

  • botrash
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • LeanneHirst
Leanne Hirst (@LeanneHirst) reported from Castleford, England

Bloody @TravelodgeUK could take some tips from @EE on how to have fantastic customer service.

  • Im_Planetdrama
C GC (@Im_Planetdrama) reported from Gildersome, England

  • philipstk
Philips (@philipstk) reported from Leeds, England

@EE @GoogleUK The worst network. I challenge EE you are giving wrong info in many places about the speed and the network coverage . No network in LS16 7AW. send your technician to check physically on this postcode.

  • MillsySarah
Sarah Mills (@MillsySarah) reported from Appleton Roebuck, England

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

  • cal92scho
Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • botrash
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Never mind, obviously completely missing the point... 🙄

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Teena35
    Tina B (@Teena35) reported

@EE what happened to my unlimited data on my phone that was promised because my WiFi has broken down - and I have to wait 5 more days

  • adamchetter
    Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported

@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?

  • smil3r5
    Lee (@smil3r5) reported

@EE It’s a waste of time. These poor signal issues we speak of have existed for almost 2 years. My phone claims to have a 5G reception but doesn’t actually work. Anyway like I say, no trouble. The 2 years is almost up and I’ll be free. Good day to you 🫡

  • stuuk11
    stuuk1🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@stuuk11) reported

@Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people don’t have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.

  • MeahCarl
    Carl Meah (@MeahCarl) reported

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @EE your service is absolutely pathetic 👍

  • gjc_cook
    Gavin Cook (@gjc_cook) reported

@EE I’ll just cancel the direct debit and move Number elsewhere, you’ll be quick to contact me then 👌🏼

  • chris_rosser
    Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

  • Oradaman
    Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported

@EE you're giving me hassle and a problematic contract revision, IT SHOULDNT be difficult. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.

  • PhilipMur3
    Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported

@Amy_90_x @EE Scam calls, just don't take any notice of them and just block them, problem is older people might answer them

  • PhilCoyne
    Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported

@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
