I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!
