Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

So @EE have attempt to charge me DOUBLE my monthly charge, after trying to contact them before the billing dept closes they just pick up and put the phone down now I have to wait till 8am for an explanation…… no sleep for me tonight yay!!!

@EE could you please help? My iPhone 11 is showing no sim card installed so I reset network settings which solves the problem for a few minutes then reverts to no sim. I have also taken SIM card out and reinserted but I get the same result.
