Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

@EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

@EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

@EE hello, I’ve been experiencing terribly slow broadband all day today & it’s been getting worse since the evening. My speed is bad at the best of times but it’s now unable to stream video and takes four minutes just to load the Wikipedia homepage. I’ve rebooted the modem.

@EE Once again, terrible 4G signal - Cannot connect or run anything needing internet. Thats my mobile data which because your Broadband supply isnt working in my house I am meant to be using to work. Seriously just not good enough - this network is failing time and again

@Laura_Rads @EE In terms of interest the company the club use aren’t but they are an awful company who make it very hard for anyone to obtain credit. So yeah preference for any big purchases like ST and phones would always be interest free Credit card or individual retailer
