-
Tony Goose (@Anthony_Goose) reported from Leeds, England@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!
-
Nath (@nathlufc23) reported from Leeds, England@EE why is the signal so poor in Leeds city centre recently?
-
Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2
-
Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, EnglandApparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.
-
Junes1976 🦉 (@junes1976) reported from Leeds, England@EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Tim (@TNS1184) reported@EE hi there, I had my phone stolen yesterday. I have tried to call the numbers repeatedly with no success. I have sent a DM but the automated responses don't help as I have tried all those options or am unable to. Please help
-
superposh (@pboromikky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Same issues in half of east anglia. Its a joke.
-
British Greats 🇬🇧 (@BritishGreats) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE the railways that won empire were built with iron will not endless bike lanes reform uk under farage can deliver the network we need restore fragments the right hands more seats to labour
-
George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable
-
Greg - Israelite in Exile (surviving the Galut) (@anexiledjew) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE There's a really easy solution. I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability or will to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it (although I'd pay if I had to) because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly with no expensive engineering needed, but they choose not to do this.
-
JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
-
Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.
-
Angelique 🎵🇬🇧🇫🇷☮️ (@Angieeclectic) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.
-
dave mayfield (@scunnyplumbist) reported@wsmsteve @EE Me too.had BT not a problem.went to EE broadband it’s no where near as good
