And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

@EE are the worst broadband providers ever. Every wk our internet goes off. It was off Saturday to Monday & now it’s just gone off again. WTF?!!!

Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

@EE @jakeroge_rs i was told that it wasnt guaranteed that i would be getting an iphone as a loaner whilst mine was away & if i did there would be a charge on top of the repair charges, left me with no option but to **** off with my phone. My phones still under warranty btw

@VModifiedMind @EE Some older routers would have issues with nat table filling up when lots of active devices but yes more marketing spin that real promotion of full fibre advantages. The run an airport adverts viewer will see it and think so why do i need fttp to call aunty?

@EE I am trying to give my dad my old phone which was on an ee contract, (now ended) he has a Tesco Mobile pay as you go sim which he needs to keep the number of. I need help with unlocking my old phone but as it has no contract on it anymore I can not call from the ee mobile.
