    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

    @EE are the worst broadband providers ever. Every wk our internet goes off. It was off Saturday to Monday & now it’s just gone off again. WTF?!!!

    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

    @OmarShahine @ilyabu It was incredibly difficult to transfer my @EE eSIM. I spent about four hours on chat with assistants who couldn’t help me. Eventually I got there but I was without phone for about 18 hours.

    I'd seriously like to know how I can get a better signal more data and a new device on @O2 for less then half of what I was paying on @EE on sim only shows how greedy ee have got

    @EE ? More like NN....NOTHING N.E.WHERE. Since moving house we've been paying more brcause the 1GB service is available here, it wasn't at our old house. The most we have had is 380mb. The dropouts are ridiculous. I love EE but trying to speak with anyone is ridiculous.
