Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

Have contacted @EE three times between 2 May and 19 May via Chat requesting unlocking code for my out of contract mobile. Last conversation promised manager would be involved, still waiting 😡. Can see customer service hasn’t improved since I left.
