@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

@EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE It’s not even that, it’s annoying that you can’t just offer the best price that you can. I shouldn’t have to barter with your customer service people for a one off deal, if you can offer a good deal, offer it? You shouldn’t have to pressure customers to make a deal there and then

@EE having issues with mobile internet and calls in Watford. Usually 4g and 5G speeds very good. Today 2Mb upload 0.17Mb download on both 4g and 5g. Reported on website. Any issues at your end? Speeds in the 100-200Mb range usually and phone signal strong.1/2
