    @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

    @EE When are the signal issues that have made my phone unusable locally going to be fixed? It’s been well over a year now and you won’t give me a refund until it’s fixed and you close my complaint without ever contacting me?

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

    @EE It was rather slow yesterday morning in the LS7 1 area. Very slow in Newcastle, York and Birmingham centre Friday 12th Aug.

    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

    @EE Disappointed with your Newtownabbey store, changed my mind on a handset last week and was told I would be called when the contract was reversed back, still waiting, poor, can I still upgrade in January

    @EE Hi Chris, that’s all done but no change. The issue I don’t think is a phone or network this end, I believe it’s a case of someone your side hasn’t updated the records. My billing on the app still shows it’s owed the amount I’ve paid. Maybe a billing?

    @EE last week I tried to upgrade - order placed, credit ck passed but your agent couldn't complete the sale. I called back, started again, two more credit checks, now no call back and no sim. Not great.! Help.!
