@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE Hi, got a text earlier 'from you' saying you'd updated some of my network settings & I need to restart my phone. All straight forward but I'm just making sure this is legit before I do it, there was no further info to explain what had changed.

@EE I have persistent issues with sorting roaming and I haven’t got time to spend hanging on the phone or waiting for a non existing call back I’d be subjected to crap menu driven chat bot. You just need to make the app work if we can get through to real humans at will

@virginmedia I’ve been a customer for many years and have your broadband across multiple properties. Despite numerous calls your customer service se not interested and you simply don’t fix the internet connection issues! Goodbye I’ll be moving to @EE!
