@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE are the worst broadband providers ever. Every wk our internet goes off. It was off Saturday to Monday & now it’s just gone off again. WTF?!!!

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@mouthwaite @EE Its been awful for ages, I moved house and had their broadband, it never worked at the new address and it took months to actually cancel and get money back from non existing Internet. I use virgin mobile never had issues for 5 years.

@EE Any updates on the mini wifi countrywide problem that isn't getting reported? Still red light & nearly 2 wks without WiFi. 2 phone calls, no news. Getting fed up with using mobile for tethering so we can watch TV & use computer. This is not acceptable.
