@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE Hi, got a text earlier 'from you' saying you'd updated some of my network settings & I need to restart my phone. All straight forward but I'm just making sure this is legit before I do it, there was no further info to explain what had changed.

@Plusnet I am now hearing from a friend who has been in contact with @EE that people in my area will not have the issue of no phone signal resolved for another 2 weeks, making 3 in all. I trust that this month's bill will be £0.00

@davidjwbailey @EE What do you think they've faked? I suspect it wasn't a real razor and he was probably already clean shaved before they started 'shaving' him, but I believe that the arm really was controlled remotely via their network.

@EE hi, are there any updates on what’s happening to the mobile signal in CT8? I use BT (who I’ve been told use your network) and we’ve had no signal for about 90% of the last week 😞 BT only gave me a number to ring last week which isn’t much help really!

Hey @EE if a customer sets it up that the payment for their account should be taken on the 25th each month, it's aggravating when you constantly take it on the 24th. Glad to finish my contract in November.

so @EE send me a bill and a survey on how was my network move.. ..well @EE considering that you send me the bill, but no sim card (9 days).. I would say... not very good, but hey - at least you got my money, right? (and yes @EE - I tried your customer service - 3 days, no reply)
