I have been told to call @Apple and then they said it was a network issue and to call @EE back. I am sure it’s a software issue as the phone is working fine and I have full 4G connection.

Russell Carty (@russcarty) reported@EE I know the 5G network is working fine as my colleague has the same phone and is on EE. Both phones are next to each other he has 5G I have 4G. Worked fine yesterday, stopped I think after I did the iOS update to 15.1 last night. Wondering if a carrier update could help?
