And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

@ee 6+hrs on chat yesterday to be told to turn my phone off and on again (It didn't work, shock). How you can think it's acceptable for me to send my phone in with no replacement for an unknown period of time is shameful... Can't wait to go back to @O2 , much better service.

@EE afraid your upgrade team service is a fail this week. 2x I waited over 40min to query why my daughters sim has not activated. I am told it takes between 5 min and a few hours… still nothing. Who can help??
