    Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

    @EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @EE @GoogleUK The worst network. I challenge EE you are giving wrong info in many places about the speed and the network coverage . No network in LS16 7AW. send your technician to check physically on this postcode.

    @EE I’m with 2 other friends, all of us on EE. We all either have bars but can’t even make a call, let alone internet, or our phones are showing ‘Satellite’, so yes, it’s a huge problem.

    @EE Phone A346B not shown in diagnostic list! So phoned above number, automated call said, 'We'll send you a text so hang-up now!' No text received! To be honest, I'm too old to be faffing around; I'd rather pay off the rest of the contract and buy a new Samsung phone!

    @EE How can I contact EE other than by phone? For a week phone calls have been dropping after a random amount of time (secs to mins), I cant make proper calls, website has said theres a problem in the area for over a week but no details about what or when it will be fixed

    @markyp11 @EE Did they add this onto your plan without permission? I received this text and never signed up to it! They’ve been charging me on 2 sims and didn’t even mention it when I called a couple of weeks ago to cancel our 2 old sims (that’s how I hadn’t noticed the rise in payment)

    @EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.
