And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage
