128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

@EE I can't say I'm impressed with your service since swapping over. Been waiting for an engineer for a month to fix a fault present since install. Engineers keep driving off saying they can't get parking. Do people in London not deserve to get an engineer? It's a joke.

@EE 5 times, yes count it 5 fxxxing times you have sent a broadband box out and 5 times you have sent it to the wrong address. How can you be the best network when you cant even deliver a router to the right place!!! What a utter utter shambles.

@EE Our smart hub plus is stuck on a green light, with no internet access. I've reset it by taking out the power cable and pushing the reset button, but still stays green. Is there anything else I can do, or is it broken and we need a replacement sent out?

@EE the broadband has been terrible the last few days .. it’s always bad but recently it’s been dreadful. Tried ringing and it just goes dead … Sky and Virgin weren’t great but you guys make them seem perfect
