  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • jmyorks Just Music Yorkshire 🏆 (@jmyorks) reported from Castleford, England

Knew I shouldn't have got out of bed..latest, out walking, sneezed and one of my galaxy bud earbuds falls out, rolls down the street and down a drain. Gutted @EE

  • Kroy73 Peter George (@Kroy73) reported from York, England

@EE Hi, got a text earlier 'from you' saying you'd updated some of my network settings & I need to restart my phone. All straight forward but I'm just making sure this is legit before I do it, there was no further info to explain what had changed.

  • marksela Mark Young (@marksela) reported from Leeds, England

And now because of @O2 I am being treated like crap by @EE You’re all as bad as each other!! Any better #phonenetworks out there?

  • BillyMaunsell Belinda Maunsell (@BillyMaunsell) reported from Carlton, England

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • jmyorks Just Music Yorkshire 🏆 (@jmyorks) reported from Castleford, England

@EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

  • tolani_pankaj Pankaj Tolani (@tolani_pankaj) reported from York, England

@EE having network issues since 3 days. Please could you resolve 🙏🙏

  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • toffeeste83 Toffeeste83 (@toffeeste83) reported from Ulleskelf, England

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

  • sam_l43 samburger (@sam_l43) reported from York, England

@EE Hi, my iPhone on an EE plan is currently not able to make or receive any phone calls, and my data is not working when in public. I can send SMS texts but that’s literally it

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • PokeMatt438 Matt (@PokeMatt438) reported from York, England

FINALLY FREE OF THE TYRANICAL REIGN OF @EE. WORST. INTERNET. PROVIDER. EVER.

  • jonospurs ၂ഠ∩𝖺Է𐌷𝖺∩ 𝐻 📱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🚂⚽️ (@jonospurs) reported from York, England

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LittleCopyCop Eden (@LittleCopyCop) reported

@EE I'm not impressed at all. Selected the 25GB for £12 additional line offer on the website. It's gone through as 5GB. Thought it was a glitch so gave you the benefit of the doubt. Customer service are claiming there is nothing they can do as outside of 14 days. 1/2

  • DanSean15 Dan Sean (@DanSean15) reported

@EE my ee is down on both app and web .

  • Binkysaurus Binkysaurus (@Binkysaurus) reported

@EE I'm sure the 1.8 billion pound profit posted would help fund that, rather than profiteering from already squeezed consumers, made worse by coperations like yourself ripping them off on a day to day basis with entirely unjustifiable price increases.

  • Dave_Simmons_ Dave Simmons (@Dave_Simmons_) reported

@EE email to say mobile contract is going up nearly £10 per month mid contract increase of 15% yes it’s in the contract. Definitely will be leaving & my piss poor broadband when ends. #Ripoff

  • Dadgey Paul Dadge (@Dadgey) reported

@EE Wow really that long ago? So many questions on this… Was there a press release explaining more detail? How would you know whether usage was legitimate or fraudulent? Every other U.K. network still has this feature, with this in mind I’ve not see anything about fraud use?

  • lannadle laura maidment (@lannadle) reported

@EvanyaParker @EE Yeah they said for me to dm them. They wouldn’t help as it’s “the same for all customers” and that it is based on previous inflation not future. I asked if they would decrease the price if it went down and “it might be looked into”.

  • FlyingHighAnd Andy (@FlyingHighAnd) reported

@EE There isn’t really. You’ve halved my bill, even though I can’t get data.. because a mast is broken. You could arrange for the mast to be fixed quicker?

  • FoolsSuffer Suffer no fools (@FoolsSuffer) reported

@EE my monthly bill is £138 - please justify 14.4% when phone reception in my area GL2 7 is almost non existent. My yearly bill will rise to £1,900 Surely I should be getting discount until EE can provide a suitable service in my area? Def time to start looking elsewhere

  • NyahhhX Nyah Boundy (@NyahhhX) reported

@EE I am trying to upgrade online but it keeps saying I am not the account holder! Please help!

  • Cherize16 Tricia (@Cherize16) reported

@butlerx12 @EE I'm having the same problem! Very frustrating!
