128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE @EE The app is still unusable even after uninstalling then reinstalling. I now get a message that says I must add a number to my account and suprise suprise when I put my number in its already registered to my account! Funny that?! I called customer service but no help there...

@BarclaysUKHelp have struck once again…promised refund of £3800 in august in regards to a mortgage early repayment charge, told in Nov that I won’t be getting in, complaint not upheld as the “call” from august can’t be located @EE can you assist with getting the call log?
