    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE Same thing restarted a total of 21 times in half an hour it's behaved it self and now its worst its ever been

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE I'm appalled by the shocking service I have received throughout this situation. I have been a customer since before EE took over from T-Mobile. Whilst on holiday I experienced problems with my phone, not being able to call or receive calls and not being able to use data.
