    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE There is always room for a discount. Never not had one before. It's who you speak to and if they are willing to make it happen. On this occasion I'm not thought worthy of it

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @JoshOsborne03 @EE Firstly I didn't ask. Secondly it clearly is their problem. As they have stated that I will get the speeds I paid for, which I clearly don't. Thirdly, I didn't ask. Fourthly as you can see from their extremely quick and positive reply, they feel that it is their problem.

    @EE On live chat. Asked why am I paying for a smart benefit when I have lost prime and non of the others are any good to me at all. This instantly went to pick one or it'll cost this much to cancel or start a new contract at equal or higher £ No point helping, u can't apparently

    @EE Why are the Apple Watch sims so expensive? Can you do a lite version that’s cheaper. I almost never use it away from my phone but £7pm for a rare phone call is excessive.
