Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

I'm selling/buying a home, so unimpressed with them trying to pull an offer after running credit checks. They said I wouldn't need to worry about more credit checks if I accept their offer!

EE are often one of the slower providers, worse customer service and their social media team are a joke who spend their whole day making memes and ignoring customers.
