    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    Beware @EE charge you twice for delivery, an extra charge on the first month & for changing a number from another network! Didn’t need that money anyway! 🤬 always read the very small problem not!

    @EE Sending me the wrong phone first and connecting it on a SECOND line on my account. Then it had to be returned. After that my iPhone 13 arrive 10 days late and now I have to wait for my watch. It's a joke! Your customer service has gone right downhill #notimpressed

    @EE @DaveMor16686271 I think your 5G is non existent. I've upgraded to 5G and I don't get a 5G signal anywhere that is supposed to be covered. I work for your competitor and we have to send out a new sim card. Are you sure I can get a 5G signal on my 3 year old EE sim? 🤔

    @EE No it is with a pixel 4XL, I ended up phoning the support team and it's all sorted now as it seems it's not compatible with non Samsung stuff
