EE Issues Reports Near Wakefield, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wakefield and nearby locations:

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • IanMoodyPhoto The Real Ian Moody (@IanMoodyPhoto) reported from Penistone, England

Network coverage in Penistone from @EE is still non existent, has been for almost a week. I've reported it numerous times but on the website there are still 'no known issues'. Does that mean the web reporting isn't working?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

@mrsimonwaldron @padoir @EE Didn’t get any further but will try an online complaint. I have all mine up until October. It’s the ones after that I need!

  • jon_schofield jon schofield (@jon_schofield) reported from Gildersome, England

@EE @sophielosborn I’ll tell you who is annoying Sophie. EE are. They know how to stop this . Only want to help their self to your money. I’ve been with them since they took over orange.I’m moving as soon as I can. You can too. Another company will help you.

  • bethxnyjxyne Bethany Jayne Ⓥ✨ (@bethxnyjxyne) reported from Featherstone, England

Worst internet provider is @ee. Does anyone recommend any better ones

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • jan3986 Janice Tiffany (@jan3986) reported from Castleford, England

    @Gaynz83 @EE Omg! Gaynz that’s awful. Xx

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

  • jmyorks Just Music Yorkshire 🏆 (@jmyorks) reported from Castleford, England

Knew I shouldn't have got out of bed..latest, out walking, sneezed and one of my galaxy bud earbuds falls out, rolls down the street and down a drain. Gutted @EE

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jgadd69 Jules (@jgadd69) reported

@EE been trying to call you about the rubbish service. Cant make calls, having trouble receiving calls. Reception terrible for the last 2 weeks. Been hanging on to speak to you. After 15 minutes the phone just cut off. How are you expected to work????

  • hilts031 Haydn Hilton (@hilts031) reported

Why is @EE such a **** network? 4g barely working today, having to restart my phone just send messages. Wifi is terrible having to reset at least twice a week.

  • urbancyclist Anthony Robson has had #enough (@urbancyclist) reported

@soon_slim @EE Problem is I object to it being that much of a hassle - happened last time I upgraded as well. Able to do it over the phone. Just annoying that there's that disparity online. Wastes their time as much as mine!

  • Loobies15 Linda Cackett (@Loobies15) reported

@bt_uk @EE Hope this will be better than service I am receiving from BT. Trying to run admin for the school from home and you have now virtually made it impossible!!

  • jonesstevene Steve Jones (@jonesstevene) reported

@EE This means that content is capable of different pricing, is that really wanted? Live football streaming, heavy on the network, charge a data rate premium, doing something off peak time, reduce the rate. 95% of people will be doing this on unlimited home WiFi and not a hotspot

  • LauraBerrillPR Laura Berrill (@LauraBerrillPR) reported

@leoniedelt @EE EE was awful - I used to be with them but got rid. Have PlusNet now which is saving me about £25 per month and just as good

  • Stokesy1966 Richard S (@Stokesy1966) reported

    @sunnyg1rl05 @EE When I had a phone I paid for, I never had a contract.

  • MsDeeGee Kabiyesi (@MsDeeGee) reported

Now @ee have me beefing customer service people. Which I HATE doing. I’ve worked the phones I know they aren’t paid enough for this crap nor do they have any power. BUT your employer is moving mad. So now we are here 🙃

  • BCFCRobins1 DJ (@BCFCRobins1) reported

@EE 3 times I have called to give my PAC number. twice your system is down, once you are too busy to take my call...if I call one more time and you don't take my call...I am cancelling the ee account...your move!

  • BenF1811 Ben (@BenF1811) reported

@EE is your live chat on the website not working?
