@EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

@EE I’ve put in a formal complaint and will Dm you it now. I’ve been told another 48 hour wait dispute being told Tuesday, weds and now 48 hours. Clearly trying to keep me beyond my 14 day cooking off period

@EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

@EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

@ee can get a better deal if you go onto a business contract. At the time I felt forced into going down that route and a few years down the line I'm still stuck on a business contract rather than a normal service 🤔 @MartinSLewis

@BBcwatchdog @EE Reported problem Saturday after 30 min wait . Promised to call back that day . Nothing happened. I called back Monday after another 25 min wait . Grumpy man said he would definitely call back . Well it's Wednesday evening and no return call.

@EE ordered phone from you for delivery today 4pm-6pm, when someone would actually be home, but delivery attempted at 11am, when nobody was. What was the point of that, then? You must be aware of @UPS_UK APPALLING customer service, so why use them? Unhappy customer here.

@EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed
