  • lindsaydr
Dave Lindsay (@lindsaydr) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

  • UK_Davie
……!DELBOY!….. (@UK_Davie) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE, hi it says I’ve got 4G signal but nothing is loading on my app etc..just wondering if it’s down?

  • DannyFarrar1987
Daniel Farrar (@DannyFarrar1987) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

  • thatwendyward
Wendy Ward (@thatwendyward) reported from Stocksbridge, England

@EE is there a problem with your mobile network in S36? (Again...😑)

  • nofuckingfilte1
nofuckingfilter (@nofuckingfilte1) reported from Sheffield, England

I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

  • IanMoodyPhoto
The Real Ian Moody (@IanMoodyPhoto) reported from Penistone, England

Network coverage in Penistone from @EE is still non existent, has been for almost a week. I've reported it numerous times but on the website there are still 'no known issues'. Does that mean the web reporting isn't working?

  • thatwendyward
Wendy Ward (@thatwendyward) reported from Stocksbridge, England

So @EE I've had zero phone reception today, most of yesterday and most of Monday. Each time I go to your coverage checker it says you're doing maintenance and it should be done in 5h or 7h. Are you building a whole new network and WHEN WILL IT BE DONE???!!! #EEmobile #eedown

  • Grumpy0ldSod
Reesy 👑&🇬🇧 (@Grumpy0ldSod) reported from Sheffield, England

@Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

  • dansheffield
Daniel Herrick (@dansheffield) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE is there a problem with your internet? We have had a rubbish strength of 12mb since last night? Paying for the 149mb so this is not good

  • AaranBrown
Aaran Brown (@AaranBrown) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE Full of great ideas me! Keep me updated! But there’s always ‘new customer offers’ everywhere you look! But very little ‘longer term customer offers’ I strongly believe businesses are missing a trick with that! If you don’t award loyalty customers will leave to take advantage of

  • REACHHomes1
@NO.TO.BREXSHIT (@REACHHomes1) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

  • wardysays
Liam Ward (@wardysays) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE I’ve put in a formal complaint and will Dm you it now. I’ve been told another 48 hour wait dispute being told Tuesday, weds and now 48 hours. Clearly trying to keep me beyond my 14 day cooking off period

  • lindsaydr
Dave Lindsay (@lindsaydr) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

  • elogudbyegirl
Christal Mighty (@elogudbyegirl) reported from Sheffield, England

@EE There will be a transcript of the chat through the handler at those times, it’s quite common to move complainants out of a public arena and onto a private area. Your handler didn’t resolve my issues so I’m leaving, PAC code ordered. EE failed.

  • freckleykell
♡Kelly-Marie♡ (@freckleykell) reported from Hellaby, England

@EE I presume EE is having the same outage as Vodafone.

  • niccidiane_lfcx

@kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • BagFleaBag
    Jo Oliver 💜🇬🇧 (@BagFleaBag) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldn’t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

  • Sarah_FireHorse
    S (@Sarah_FireHorse) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

  • Michael66108716
    micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported

@EE Can you give me a number straight to customer support , be 10x easier if you had online chat like most suppliers have

  • RomeoXrayBravo

@BradChuck @EE EE are ****. We dumped them off 2 years ago, not looked back.

  • amandagadd75
    Amanda Gadd (@amandagadd75) reported

@EE The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, I’d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what we’ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

  • hiegleah
🇺🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Hàìghlèàgh Winslade BA BA MRes (@hiegleah) reported

@EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it don’t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I don’t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

  • mikeyjcs
    mikeyjcs - trading 🇬🇧 (@mikeyjcs) reported

@hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!

  • fredbeare
    Davie G 🇬🇧 (@fredbeare) reported

Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees

  • apr9999
    Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported

@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
