    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @EE Full of great ideas me! Keep me updated! But there’s always ‘new customer offers’ everywhere you look! But very little ‘longer term customer offers’ I strongly believe businesses are missing a trick with that! If you don’t award loyalty customers will leave to take advantage of

    Absolutely fuming at @Ryanair and @EE. Spent an hour on hold to ryanair last week. Got cut off as soon as I got connected. Total cost of phone call to not resolve my problem was almost £40. Still awaiting response from ryanair via DMs. Flights not sorted and now 40quid worse off.

    @DrRobMc @EE I have the same issue (as do many others), this is known issue with the EE app and is due to be fixed on 18th August. I’ve spoken to Tech Support in Newcastle who confirmed that there is an issue with the EE app impacting many customers

    @dazM33 @EE If I'd buy another phone, don't think I will be buying Chinese anymore. Not only do they cause problems, but the repair side of things costs a fortune. The screen repairs of Chinese phones are ridiculous (£300) - iPhone 11 (£196) massive difference.
