    @EE hi just wondering why in the past 10 minutes my WiFi has cut out 4 times, even though it says there are no issues in the area. We had problems before and a tech came out but nothing was done, and it’s now just getting worse.

    @bt_uk - absolutely shocking service- wanted to add partner to mobile contract but will end up cancelling mine due to stress ALL DAY and partner has stayed with @EE who was very easy and helpful

    @EE It’s mainly when on Now TV that this happens but still was told I needed now tv to get all the channels that I had with sky previously but then box full on crashes and then shuts down and reboots

    @EE Tried all that. The speed is always high, as expected. The issue is how long it takes to get there. Constantly hanging. It is the router firmware. It is not suitable for the job. To reiterate, your router is EXACTLY the same as the BT one. Never had an issue before swapping

    @EE As I say it is hardly a great example of service. If that is how EE treats it's customers I dread to think how non customers are treated. I have been forever put off considering you as a provider based on service offered to someone else. Thank you though Ash.

    @EE Another member of staff then came across and told the customer that they "should have ordered the phone in store then" I stood with the lady while she called the call centre to escalate and the solution was to go back to store and ask for help. Inappropriate.

    @EE The store member was not in the back. They were overtly on the shop floor, sprawled across a sofa like a hungover teenager. They only moved to speak to a customer after another customer prompted them. They then berrated the customer they were serving for having "out of date ID"

    @EE .Ash, thank you for your reply. I am merely a third party that has been witness to an appalling level of service. When a member of staff is laid across a sofa in the back of the store then surely the management ability of said store should come under scrutiny.

    Wow, @EE offer such an appalling level of customer service within the Sheffield store and call centre that I would never, ever consider using them as a store or a company as a whole. Yuck.

    @EE Yes, at KGX station. Caused problems downloading my e-ticket and left me stuck at the gate. I’m not there today, so not idea if it’s any better.

    @EE EE does not work in fields or up mountains, or on trains, or in stadiums or shopping centres or cities, its awful coverage and please dont reply asking me to check for problems, this is ongoing and effects all customers, an awful company in every way

    @EE okay. The only one different is the ‘internet’ light flickering green but I can’t see any guidance to lights on your site. It’s is connecting but the quality is consistently so so poor on TV and slow on the laptop compared to what is was. Please help 🙂 Thanks! (2/2)

    Well @VodafoneUK you really have made a mess of your website! Bit difficult to take up your upgrade offer when the site loops round and round never getting anywhere! Tried 5 browsers and 3 devices.... it’s okay though the offers pages on @ThreeUK and @ee websites work perfectly.

    @EE tried calling two times to report problems with broadband (it doesn't work). Put on hold for 30 minutes and cut off both times - help plz we don't have 4G in the area and can't make phone calls without the internet
