    I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

    @EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

    @EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

    Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me 😂

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE Having major phone connectivity issues WS8 area for weeks now, have no signal most of the time and online chat is not available for business customers and you want me to call you, I would love to call you but how ? I have no signal. when I do get 1 bar my calls cut out.

    On hold with @EE again, so far this is call number 5 today, and each time my phone has dropped out/cut off. So bad even the advisor I have briefly spoke to can't get through. Can we guess what I'm calling about. Good job I'm not self-employed...oh wait. #EEfail #EEPhoneProblems

    @BenjaminEHowe @virginmedia I wanted to go with @EE but Jamie sorted out the bills here and he went with Virgin Media. I used to have my broadband linked to my phone account so whenever the Internet went down, I'd call them and they'd boost my data so I could tether. It made it SO much better.

    @EE I'm lucky if I get 1 signal bar. I'm totally relying on WiFi calling. Been like it for years and seems there's no chance of it getting better. Will be moving to a different network once the contract is up.
