@EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

@EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

@EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me 😂

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

@MrHenryGee @Femi_Sorry @EE I worked on behalf of orange. They had no brand values. They had plenty on branding, however. They told a few porkies as well about the 1800mhz spectrum. They also allowed franchising through service providers initially. Awful company. Long since eaten.

@OpenreachHelp No one has answered my DM message. @EE sending me texts to say job is resolved. It is not. I have no phone and no broadband. I have to leave my mum at home alone to teach my lessons. Her careline has been down for 2.5 weeks.
