    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    My contracts up with @EE next month and genuinely shocked at the price of upgrade deals. Can anyone recommend another network? Seen some good deals on 02 and Vodafone but only ever been on EE

    @EE can you please tell me why Twitter keeps stopping on my phone then when I reboot the phone, it asks me to put tbe p/w in to connect back to EE if never did that before I have to type it in from the card. Thanks Keith

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    Seriously @EE joined your network 4 days ago and regretting it already. Ive spoken to 2 staff for 45 mins plus each. Both said they would ring me back, both didnt. 4 days in and my smart watch still doesnt work. Just phoned again and got cut off after waiting 15 mins. Wow.

    @EE My iPhone 12 keeps switching off and reset the phone with second line support advice but no joy now being told to return to the EE store to return it and request a replacement (it’s closed!!) can someone here help not really interested in the inner workings of EE just want help!

    @EE Not to mention, the constant emails & text messages telling me if I fail to return my trade in device, I will be charged a fee in my next bill. first time in ten years, considering changing network provider. Quick to take my order & trade in fee but then service stops there!

    @EE WC2R1JA. All London West End is bad and has been since I upgraded to 5G. I was told it was much better with more a capacity for calls and data. We are in a lockdown with hardly anyone around and it’s very bad.

    @EE wonders how I can have a £60pm contract but can’t use it to call from home!!! And then be told to the resolution is to use WiFi !!!!! Why should I use WiFi when I have a 4g contract with you I pay for to be able to use my phone!!!!!!!!!!
