    @EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

    @EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me 😂

    So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

    @EE why can’t I log in? It keeps saying saying login error. It’s been doing it since ee released PS5 orders as I was going to add one to my account but I was too late. But since then I haven’t been able to login via the app or the website 😡

    @ee what happens when you are sold broadband on bt when you have already had the conversation that previously bt broadband did NOT work in your area.But you assured us it would be fine.We have now had poor or no connection for a year and are stuck for another! Shocking service😡
