Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England@martin_booth @O2 Thatโs slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - Iโm personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service
