    @EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

    Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me 😂

    @EE Yes, she must have heard of this problem before, because she cancelled the payments straight away and credited my account. Very happy with the way my complain was delt with, just a pity I had to make the complaint

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    All that’s confirmed is it has been given to @DPDgroup_news and to call them to find out.Called them and was told not able to track due to an issue and they had no information and it’s just the way it is and to like it or lump it.@EE after this contract is done I will be leaving

    @EE With EE but they gave me unlimited data as I was an EE customer due to failing to provide on their end, now I’m no longer with them I can revert back to usual data usage

    It’s now 70 DAYS since I got fibre installed and it’s still not active. I can’t fault @EE customer service, but what the hell are you playing at @OpenreachHelp ? @Ofcom

    Complaint sbout @EE they came back with incorrect information which can be proven so if you complain against this company be careful about what they say they either manipthe information or just plain lie .

    @EE Each and every code sent out didn’t work. I was told to go into the store to get one issued. Only to find out the stores have never stocked them. Furthermore, this is a re-occurring issue since E-sims. Every time I change my phone I have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to work.
