Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
