    @EE no mobile signal at home address for 2 days now - told by Customer Service to use wifi calling - but guess what, my contract is going up by 14% - can you please get it resolved ? 3 handsets at home cannot be used effectively...

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @EE you are an absolute shower of ****. Yet again my business mobile won’t make or receive calls. Costing me money. What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

    My contracts up with @EE next month and genuinely shocked at the price of upgrade deals. Can anyone recommend another network? Seen some good deals on 02 and Vodafone but only ever been on EE

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!

    @EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?

    @EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
