Iβve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watchβs data plan, just a real mess.

Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. Iβm so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.
