@EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

FYI, the @EE customer service assistants who have worked with us over the past 2 months have been excellent throughout, constantly checking up on our process. But the lack of communication from @OpenreachHelp has been thoroughly disappointing and lacking.

Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didn’t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me 😂

@EE Good there is a human. Don’t try to justify the price hikes then. I’m constantly getting texts from EE saying there is a fault with my home network (cellular), and sorry for disruption. Then same again the week after they say its been fixed. I’m sure you can look.

What’s going on at @EE can’t upgrade my phone in store because the store systems are down … they don’t know when it’s gonna be back up, might as well just admit it and sack all the store staff now rather than crash there system and then moan they don’t many enough money!!!

@EE Oh and can you get your IT team to review and make the necessary accessibility improvements to the new ish MyEE app? I’m trying to use it and it’s awful on IOS with Voiceover, the native screen reader on Apple devices. This should be by the next update on the App Store.

@EE I’ve been with you since you were Orange in the 1990’s. Today you cancelled my accountby mistake with no apology or solution other than taking out a new contact that is £5 a month more than I was previously paying for 1gb of data instead of 6gb. I can’t use phone! Appalling.
