    @EE I am very annoyed now since I last made contact with you your Customer Service is now ATTROCIOUS No reply from all tweets and dms I have sent since the sim arrived either friday or saturday, I have tried but you keep IGNORING ME if nothing done today Letter to Head Office

    @EE I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile. I have tried to ring 150 with no success. Can you give me some indication as to when this will be fixed. Is this a regional or national problem.

    @EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). I live in the NG5 area, have tried all the online remedies but no improvement. Is this a local area issue or is my modem a problem? #pleasehelp

    @EE can you please tell me why Twitter keeps stopping on my phone then when I reboot the phone, it asks me to put tbe p/w in to connect back to EE if never did that before I have to type it in from the card. Thanks Keith

    @EE My bank says my direct debit should have been taken on the 3rd March but payment hasn't been taken yet. My partner has received a text saying it will be after the 6th however I have received no such text. Is there an issue?

    @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

    @EE Excellent Customer Service from EE recently to sort out a problem that Virgin Media caused with a sim that did not work, my number is going to be moved to EE

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is ยฃ73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for ยฃ57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Switchin wifi provider. This other company gotta lot to answer to really, even if they still working on it. No internet for 3 weeks as a paying customer is bangers. Jus glad there was thee @EE ppl there today. 50ยฃ gift card. To shhhpend any where. Unlimited data sim. 20ยฃ off for a whiile.

    I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!
