    @ee when Iโ€™m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 barsโ€ฆ As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. Iโ€™ve updated my phone and Iโ€™ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing Iโ€™m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    @EE you are an absolute shower of ****. Yet again my business mobile wonโ€™t make or receive calls. Costing me money. What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

    @ee can you fix up ? Canโ€™t remember the last time I had full bars of signal. You are starting to slack (in Nottingham for sure anyway)

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE it seems my phone is out of data but you have changed your site and it won't let me buy any for my phone, it just says gift data why would I want to gift data to myself? never had it before i need it for my number what was virgin you ported it any ideas? I need data

    @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @EE My bank says my direct debit should have been taken on the 3rd March but payment hasn't been taken yet. My partner has received a text saying it will be after the 6th however I have received no such text. Is there an issue?

    @EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

    @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add ยฃ20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

    @EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). I live in the NG5 area, have tried all the online remedies but no improvement. Is this a local area issue or is my modem a problem? #pleasehelp

    @EE Iโ€™ve already taken action by putting in the complaint. Itโ€™s EEโ€™s duty to investigate and inform me of the outcome. You closed the case, you can re-open it and get back to me.

    @EE I have called this number many times, Iโ€™ve replied to the text messages, Iโ€™ve done everything EE have suggested and all itโ€™s achieved is frustration, my afternoon wasted and Iโ€™m no further ron. So can you get me someone who can fix this without wasting anymore of my time.

    @EE @ee I do have an appointment for tomorrow but Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s a bigger issue. Have you got any sort of update as Iโ€™m also getting slower internet speeds on my iPhone 17 pro max using mobile data

    @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised itโ€™s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting itโ€™s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected

    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
