    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

    @EE Yes, she must have heard of this problem before, because she cancelled the payments straight away and credited my account. Very happy with the way my complain was delt with, just a pity I had to make the complaint

    @EE Tried all that. The speed is always high, as expected. The issue is how long it takes to get there. Constantly hanging. It is the router firmware. It is not suitable for the job. To reiterate, your router is EXACTLY the same as the BT one. Never had an issue before swapping

    @EE is there something wrong with your network as when trying to send a text message it is saying “not delivered” my sister is also having the same problem and we have both restarted our phones and we still are experiencing the same problem...😐

    Worse service I’ve had at @EE Victoria Centre Nottingham ignored whilst 3 members of staff disappear in back and only one other customer in back... long time customer now thinking going elsewhere

    @EE Your registration system seems to be having problems. I've just registered, but had no confirmation email, and when I try to add my phone it just loops the confirmation screen. Great service, but this needs to be fixed.

    @EE I followed that, it gave me a whole lot of options for “I am an EE customer with…” But none of them gave a further description than that so I didn’t know what to choose and now the live chat option has gone… This isn’t going very well

    @EE Exactly what you would expect according to the instructions for the router in the circumstances I described - intermittently working (aquablue), sometimes green, sometimes flashing yellow, etc. We've done the resets, including hard reset - it seems like a network issue.

    @EE I was using a third party router - was working just fine for weeks then couldn't connect. We switched back to your router. It is only working intermittently even after a factory reset. Phone is fine. Tried to report via your network problems page yesterday - no response yet.

    @EE Yes I can gift through my account. Only app with problem. I'll check in the play store to see if I need to update the app but I though my apps automatically updated on my phone

    @EE Yes however they had none in stock, I was a little surprised that they were not offering to replace the phone considering the hassle I have had with the phone to date, also considering the problems started less than a week after I originally signed up to these contracts.
