@EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

@EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

@EE sort out 150 and get this sorted I am not havi f this every month do your job or I might have to find another providor 2 months running I have had this problem now get a human on the computer or ring and check my bill and update my card like you should have 19th

So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

@EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

@EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

Daughters Mob contract is up for renewal. @EE are so out of touch with what I need, I want a good sim only deal that is monthly & won’t increase every year and can be used in the EU at no extra charge. EE can’t tick any boxes so after 34yr as a customer it’s time to go elsewhere.

@EE Can anyone from EE explain what is going on ? The EE website says that I now have 5G in my area. However when I contact EE tech support they say I do not have 5G in my area. I have used both mine and my wife’s S21 and S22 ultras and they both display the pretend 5G symbol
