I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

You're responsible for the entire network at @glastonbury but you made a choice to prioritise yr own customers in order to force others to use your service. That stinks.
