@EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

@EE I needed to top up for my pack to renew and I got the help I needed had to call 150 in the end but while there set up and stored my card details for any future top ups Thanks

@EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

@EE The ee really needs to understand sim card is not mean Facebook and Instagram or twitter it means 999 police hospital fire unless you Don't understand it you cannot treat your customers in a proper way.

@EE Must rubbish customer care in the world. Words number 1 headaches Its 3 weeks this useless company want to send me a new sim card and after 5 times calling them after 3 weeks I've lost my phone still they cannot send a replacement sim card 😑 🤮 5times each time 1.50£ charged me
