@Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@davidhaslehurst @EE It was probably instore, her 2yr contract has just come to an end which was £15 for 250mb and about 150mins and 500 txt which was shocking anyway so I’ve told her I’d arrange a sim only but the store have sold her a shit one again, £12 for 1gb data and locked in for 12mnths! 😡

@Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

@EE hi just wondering why in the past 10 minutes my WiFi has cut out 4 times, even though it says there are no issues in the area. We had problems before and a tech came out but nothing was done, and it’s now just getting worse.

@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

Been trying to gather data from Citizens Advice Scotland on instances of people being santioned/suspended due to late tax returns or benefits issues caused by the lack of signal. (know of 3-4 my self) Basically should I continue or just wait?

Hey @EE our 19 yo daughter is in Portugual 1st adult holiday. We have asked for roaming to be activated. Told 24 hrs but 36 hours later still not working. Not ideal as we worry for her safety. Tried chat and useless. Please help us as we worry.

@MarcAllera @EE @Ofcom You should employ more people instead of getting paid millions. Your customer service take over an hour to answer the phone. Is this your target. My issue is still not resolved. Your customer services are rubbish. Employ more staff and maybe take a pay cut?
