    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    @EE I pay £14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? £2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

    What a shock...I call @EE to cancel a contract and I'm kept on the line waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone (and I've now had to give up as I have to go out). You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64
