First night in new house with @JaneVphotos @RobMitchell031 Catherine & Matt. Thanks to @Argos_Online the boys are sleeping on the floor due to non-delivery of new beds. Not even a phone call! Also @EE failed to supply new line & broadband connection #poor

Hello @EE would really like some service now please! you’ve been down in sy21 since 1am Sat morning and this morn (sun) you said it would be 16hrs to be back, then said whenever you could, & now 16 again. I’m a carer & so are lots of others round here, please get us back up asap

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network
