@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

Also - .@btsport I have a deal with.@EE and I can't access it after sorting email out and password and it sends a confirmation text to an old phone number and doesn't allow me to change it!!!! Shocking service and cancelling tomorrow.
