    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. I’m no technophobe but it’s so hard to navigate and now it won’t work!

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    I’ve been hit #whamageddon2022 #whamageddon after a mere 16.5 hours thanks to @EE having festive hold music. At least I can finally wave goodbye to Vodafone, and I guess being Whammed is a small price to pay for being able to get signal at home

    @EE UKs best network absolute load of bollocks. Take one step into any countryside & although it says you have 4G you aint loading a webpage up for at least half an hour. Coverage map is a lie. Telling me I have 2 bars of 4G is a lie. Last EE contract ever for me complete shite.
