    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE My wife has received shocking service from @EE. The non existent customer service is abhorrent. Promised call backs that never happen, speaking to customer service representatives who have absolutely no clue. Left on hold for 30 mins at a time over and over again. Shame on U.

    @EE She has asked on every occasion to be put through to a manager or team leader and every time she has been told no one available and they will call back within 2 hours and it never happens.

    Moved from @bt_uk as a long standing broadband customer to @EE. I am absolutely staggered the appalling customer service I have received from @EE. Just had the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed an additional extender and I'm paying them £90p/m including my 2 mobile SIMS.
