  @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

  @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

  Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

  @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

  Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

  Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
