Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

Wasnโt sure if this is a problem@with my order or if Iโm halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. Iโm with @EE also poor

I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a ยฃ200 3rd party router

Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.
