    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    These attacks on communication masts are disgraceful and those responsible need to be bought to justice. Here in #Lozells, @EE service is being hindered by a damaged mast too.

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

    @EE IVE BEEN IN UR STORE 45 MINS NOW ADVISOR TRYING TO FIX MY GALAXY WATCH IT SHOULDNT TAKE THIS LONG WOULD RATHER A REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEING INVESTIGATED I HAVENT GOT TIME FOR U TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST TAKE THE WATCH BACK WASTING MY TIME IN HERE SORT IT OUT

    @EE your customer service is an absolute joke. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

    As we continue to dealing with this, I’ve now been emailing back and forth with the team of the CEO of @WeAreOpenreach, who responded to my LinkedIn post. @EE , who we actually pay to for the service, have been atrocious, unhelpful, uninterested in solving this at all. Horrendous

    @EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?
