    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @EE the worst Internet connection!! Even took your suggestion of buying a booster for £20, absolute rubbish. Struggling to work from home as I'm losing my connection every 5 minutes, I started work 24 minutes ago and I'm yet to even log in successfully 😡

    @EE I’m trying to upgrade my phone but when I get to the final screen to checkout it just hangs with the timer spinning round. Does it on a browser on my PC and through the app on my phone. Is there an issue ?

    @EE I am a mobile phone customer of a company which uses your network. We have had no mobile phone coverage in Dunnington, York, for months because of problems with your mast which you keep claiming to resolve. But nothing improves

    Absolutely appalling experience with @EE trying to simply order a new TV remote. My TV is not working, I don't need to mess about with my box I just need a new remote! Talk about stressful and making things difficult 🤬

    @EE I work in the middle of London, 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge, pay for a 5g contract and I don't think I've ever had 5g signal. Can you explain?
