  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

  @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
