@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

@EE is there an ongoing issue with your 4G coverage. Previously had excellent coverage, however it has been extremely poor for last 6 months or so. Doesn’t work more than it does work. Lots of others in area with similar issue. Not just me. Coverage checker shows no problems?
