  • jfrncs_ John Francis (@jfrncs_) reported from Birmingham, England

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

  • sulvatica S (@sulvatica) reported

In all honesty, Virgin Media are the absolute shittiest company to use for a mobile contract. How are these wallads charging me for 2 contracts, when I’ve only got one number? Complete and utter crap. @virginmedia @VirginMediaIE 🙃 I’m switching to @EE

  • duklaprm paul macready (@duklaprm) reported

@EE just had a message saying maintenance work coming. Hopefully that will help me get 4G in my house.....

  • Sailor_MayaYa MayaYa🌙 (@Sailor_MayaYa) reported

    @TheD1ceMan @VodafoneUK @EE Damn That's pretty bad I'm easily getting over 200MB/s on 4G most places

  • J_owatson Jake Watson (@J_owatson) reported

@EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.

  • davwheat_ David Wheatley (@davwheat_) reported

Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

  • JamesConlon_ JC (@JamesConlon_) reported

My small win for today is I was paying far too much for my phone bill - managed to save a whopping £64 on my contract and now paying £20 a month. Massive thanks to Simon @EE Newcastle call centre for his help

  • AspieV1 Marc Foster (@AspieV1) reported

Goodbye @O2 and hello @EE! Missing phone calls constantly and next to no signal in the middle of towns/cities in 2021 is ridiculous!

  • taishwyntz TW 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 (@taishwyntz) reported

@EE I haven’t had any service on my phone for approx 3 hours, is there an issue in my area? (WV10)

  • RojParody Parody (Roj) - He/Him (@RojParody) reported

My old phone is no longer covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY because I've upgraded? The day BEFORE I get my new phone? That's not how "lifetime" works @EE. I'm beginning to wish I'd have left for a other network.

  • northbelfastman Louis Hawthorne (@northbelfastman) reported

@JakeOKane @EE Try getting any signal of any sort from Virgin in Newtownabbey 😤
