@EE Your new superhub 7 is a pile of shite, not a single one of my smart devices will connect to the wifi, even though this piece of garbage is only running 2.4ghz. Back to the old BT hub 6 because it works fine. Stop giving people garbage.

  • vpharm

@EE Can government seek the ARREST of EE Chief executive & charge them for running a company that failed to do anti money laundering checks or address checks? EE should be issued £1 billion fine as penalty. That will help the treasury & clamp down on criminal companies like EE!

  • weecass1888
    Oor Leigh Cairngorm (@weecass1888) reported

@EE signal oitage again in the AB54 area

  • jochen_roeder
    Jochen Roeder (@jochen_roeder) reported

@Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  • Ragingtaxpayer
    Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported

@EE @BT You people are a shambles, trying to get technical help with that useless EE superhub 7 being incompatible with my smart home devices and every single person I've spoken to has tried to sell me mobile and TV contacts, focus on the issue I'm calling about.

  • jamie_2127
    Jamie T (@jamie_2127) reported

@EE @g_man755 You'll do absolutely nothing about it. What you will do is lie about the piss-poor service you charge a premium for.

  • Thridar1
    Thotoshi.zil (@Thridar1) reported
