    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE my friend is vulnerable and lives alone she has no access to her phone or internet she is based Coventry tried the EEcoverage it’s saying there isn’t an issue.

    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @juliamacfarlane @EE Get an OBI box, plug it into your router, plug phone in and you have your own VOIP phone service at NO COST (except internet). Been doing that since 2011.

    @lth0ms0n @EE Vodafone can be super cheap through resellers and mobile network solid. 5y barely needed to call customer service (good, cos they suck). Do NOT get Vodafone broadband. I rage quit and went w/o broadband for 2 weeks mid-pandemic rather than stay with them. Worst I've ever used.

    @My4Girls1984 @EE I’m not getting EE signal on my phone anywhere in my local area I got to keep turning my phone off and on all the time and taking my SIM card out all the time this past week my BT Wi-Fi is the same since EE and BT are “one powerful partnership” lmao rubbish network lost my faith

    @EE David C. This is the problem when customers cannot speak to a human being and are kept waiting on the telephone endlessly with 'music' giving ear ache. You have misunderstood. I would change providers were you not all ad incompetent as each other.
