    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @mouthwaite @EE How they can say they’re the best network is beyond me!!! Rubbish from every angle, network service, customer service poor poor poor. I’d recommend Virgin Mobile and they’re just teamed up with O2 who always give amazing service when I was with them x

    @mouthwaite @EE Only way you get a same day replacement is withing 14 days is if the phone is faulty by no fault of the customer. If your due an upgrade more then likely your out of contract and it isn't worth repairing your phone, better to upgrade.

    @mouthwaite @EE EE are awful like you was a customer for many years & when I switched to @bt_uk the EE customer service rep said why am I moving to a crap provider…. I did ask him does he know who owns EE… most unprofessional unlike BT who have proved that I was right in moving over too!

    @mouthwaite @EE 6 months I've had bad reception. A problem with the mast apparently. I can't hold a full phone call on my EE, so I'm using a temporary O2 SIM. Let's see if they can fix it by the end of the month. It feels like something's changed there.
