Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

After being assured for the past 2 months that my bill would be correct again I have been overcharged and now I’m being told there is nothing you can do. Over my 2 yr contract you will take £54 too much. This is not ok.
