  @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

  @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

  @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @EE you know even your hotspot WiFi is a load of ****, it keeps dropping out. Also why can I not get 5G at your shop in Basingstoke, great PR I say. Even the staff in the Apple shop think EE is crap.
