  @EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

  @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE
