I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

I contacted EE at 19:45 to report issue. 09:48 today, new iPhone 12 Pro arrived! 14hrs from problem to solution.
