@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

So @EE say there's no problem in my area yet my phone has dropped to 3g now. Told me to restart device (which I did already). My sister who uses Virgin who piggy back of EE said her signal has dropped here. I would never have joined EE if I knew about this. Terrible service.

I've problems with my EE signal sometimes. But, I don't move from the company because unlike other mobile providers there customer service staff are always excellent - friendly and supportive. That is so important to me as a customer. @EE

@YardleyShooting @EE I have EE mobile broadband and although it drops out every now and then they have given me a new dongle which seems to have fixed the issue. Their phone line staff really are good. I can take my broadband with me anywhere I go. It's brilliant.
