StJohn 💙 (@stjohn121) reported from Stafford, England@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

Jean Thierry (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Jody (@Jarrook) reported from Wolverhampton, EnglandJust realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported@EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.
-
caroline morgan (@cazzamorg) reported@EE can you let me know if there is a problem in SA34 0NL? And if so when it will be resolved?
-
llamachops 💙💛 🇪🇺 (@llamachops) reported@O2 @EE why can’t i get a mobile signal at #Battle station or ANYWHERE on the rail line from Hastings to Sevenoaks and then London? is this the 3rd World FFS???
-
Stuart1959 (@StuartT34021273) reported@EE You cant already spoke twice your not budging so cheaper to pay off contract than pay for all rounder which I will never use
-
Tom (@itstomwoo) reported@christesla @Unrealistic693 @EE 👍 damn they ****** up real bad on this
-
Michael Williamson (@michaeljw_97) reported@EE Another guide rang me back. The call managed to hold but i did unfortunately fail the credit check like i suspected.
-
Darren Alexander (@Alexander220517) reported@EE @whealie The uk signal Is poor all over, every networks the same….Our phone bills increase every year and the service gets worse. Yet they tell you to phone up to get technical help when they know the problem is uk wide
-
Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reported@Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
-
Mad Dog (@matdodd) reportedOrdered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.
