@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

@EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

@EE Watch what you buy. I'm a customer of 19 years. Brought a new item with offer. Samsung said been claimed already, as someone used my serial no,so went back to ee who said had to wait. Never got my gift. All about getting money off you.

@EE After years as a loyal customer I have left EE they are a joke worse company ever.left and joined tesco mobile.much better coverage , customer service and cheaper so EE but up my broadband will be leaving all together now in 3 months joke of a company

@EE if we have 2 lines on an account but one’s contract is about to end & want to cancel it, can we internally port the number on the account thats closing to the active one? So 5678 would become 1234 after we cancelled 1234’s contract.. if that makes sense it’s just the… 1/2

@EE hello. I'm paying for the roaming further pass smart benefit. It worked fine until October. Now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a roaming pass. Nothing has changed. Same phone, plan and bill. Can you explain or fix?

@leoniedelt @EE PFA tweeted that one was gonna be sent out. Some people weren’t aware of it it seems. Exactly u shouldn’t have to turn it off. Some people are just snotty and rude when you ring for assistance I find and they try blame it on covid.
