Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

CraigH (@cragz_uk) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
