    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

    @EE Hello, I'm trying to upgrade but when I go to checkout I get an error saying "there has been a problem validating your bank details,please try again" and when I try again I receive a "site under maintenance" error. I'm using the same bank details I've used for 20 years with you.

    Thinking if I should ring @EE to see if they can give me a deal on a new phone. I have discount online but thinking maybe they could do even better if I ring :) 10+ year customer as well

    @bobbymoore76 @EE We are open until 20:00, if you dial 150 from your Mobile then you can go through fault automation (do test without speaking to help desk)

    @EE Im a customer of several years wiv multilines and WiFi & feel very ripped off with the deal I just got from you. Staff in store were awesome but u screwed me on the deal. I could have got more at the same price it seems from ur adverts I've seen since. #bad #pointlessLoyalty
