    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    @EE When you discontinue your femtocell service, you are going to lose at least one customer from your @Plusnet arm. I have relied on my femtocell for 12 years as there is no usable signal without walking a hundred yards from my house.

    Wow! After over 15 years with @EE I contact to ask how to cancel my contract. No questions about why just instructions to request a puk/pac and how to expect my final bill. So nice to be appreciated for my loyalty! Sky mobile it is then. #eesucks #ee #EE

    @EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.

    @LifeofTimDee @EE It’s absolutely dire and the billing part is equally as awful and clunky. I avoid going on it at all costs. Can’t believe this got through any proper scrutiny by a multibillion quid company like EE.

    @EE Given that your average home broadband router has a 192.168.1.x address with a /24 subnet, most broadband will support up to 254 devices, so 100 devices is not really a selling point. Not saying performance would be any good…but it is do-able
