@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

I am very confused @EE. My broadband bill has increased from £30.39 to £42.39 and I wasn’t informed. This seems like a very drastic change to receive exactly the same service as before. Surely a loyal customer should be rewarded for continued service, not charged extra?
