Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

I appreciate the charge was not yours, but as a customer of yours for over 10 years. Any way you can waive the call charge? It was to Hermes.
