  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @mrmjprice @EE It was awful last night. As soon as we moved towards the village it started working. I presume the mast closest to the centre was saturated.

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.
