    @EE why, for the second day running, do I not have enough signal to make a phone call!? I have one bar of signal, sometimes two. I live in a large city not out in the sticks. What’s going on?

    @mrmjprice @EE It was awful last night. As soon as we moved towards the village it started working. I presume the mast closest to the centre was saturated.

    What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

    @EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    disappointed with @EE . I've been a customer for years (orange first then was moved to EE) so I rang to see if I could get a good upgrade offer on a Google pixel 6. @iD_Mobile_UK are offering the handset and 25gb of data for £30 no upfront. Asked EE to match was told the best

    @EE Hi Si, thanks for getting back to me. OpenReach have been and identified a faulty cable. Cable has been replaced but still no internet. We think may be a problem with the router. Engineer confirmed broadband signal check ok though.

    Hi, @EE I picked up a new device from you guys today and was told the Watch4 I purchased as well could be connected to another device not on EE. Via Bluetooth. I've tried countless times to connect it but it won't be found on the device not connected to your network.

    @EE afternoon guys wonder if you could help me, I ordered a sim only contract on the 16th June for my dad and he still hasn't received the sim card. How do we go about this as its stated to only 2-3 working days for delivery. Cheers Conor
