    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

    @EE Hey I'm good thanks and yourself? I was able to successfully log in on Thursday but it says I've been locked out but the email resets won't come through and when I tried to call the locked out number it doesn't work as I've only just joined
