  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
