  @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.

  Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡
