  Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
