James Larner (@james_larner) reported from Birmingham, England@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless
-
Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...
-
PeteSloanPhotography (@psphotography79) reported from Birmingham, England@ee Haven’t been able gift data over the weekend. I’ve tried the app & web, but neither working. Looking on here seems lots of EE users are having same issue. Pls can you sort this ASAP. Thanks.

-
R Joberns (@rjoberns) reported from Halesowen, England@EE ahhhh nothing like a price increase on your brand new contract, how kind of you. Is that to ensure your poor/broke shareholders can heat their homes? Shame the rest of us will struggle
-
Sarah Keery (@SarahKeery1) reported from Cannock Chase, England@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. -
Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE boast best provider for 25 years. No true. Very poor CS. No WiFi for over a week. Open fault whatever that means. Waiting 35 mins for someone to call. Pathetic service
-
Mark Davies (@_MarkD) reported@VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.
-
Sam Gray (@vespasam) reported@EE The bigger concern is why the seal is broken? I thought the item was New? I have never bought a PlayStation product with a broken seal
-
A2Z BOSS (@A2zboss) reported@England @EE Bro clam down okay
-
Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported@EE I keep ringing you - I'm on the phone now - but if this one doesn't work I'm referring this to the ombudsman. This is time wasting harassment.
-
Me (@shawtty64) reported@EE there's a problem with your app AGAIN .... Please dont tell me to contact you as all ee tell me is it'll be back up and running in 24 hrs ... this is avweekly occurance. Think you need better IT to run your app
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
CasualObserver (@Lone_Striker9) reported@PaulDevine70 @EE Happened to me mate, the ongoing signal issues round our way over the last 12 months are beyond a joke!
-
DomLarkin65 (@DomLarkin65) reported@EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?
