    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @tatbels @TomTalksCars @EE I always recommend my clients buy phones outright them go SIM only, slashed one clients spend by over 85%.Also, avoid high end state of the art phones, buy something older & ready to be discontinued or slightly lower down range, that's where best value is to be found.

If you want to get their attention, phone up customer services, close his account & ask for a PAC code, then they'll help.What they've been charging your father is disgusting.

    @TomTalksCars @EE Trying to sort out my fathers account as he’s been paying £300 a month for god knows how long. Brought in a letter from him authorising my access which I’m told to call customer services but even if I do that won’t give me access without him there in person also???!! Pointless.
