@EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

@EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

@EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

@EE 19 Days not broadband service now. Openreach engineer visit you booked phoned up and said they didn't need to come out to fix anything as nothing was broken. MORE LIES! More middle men confusing the situation. Either EE or Openreach is at fault!!

@EE I ended up phoning on 3 different occasions with no help and got cut off. I finally got through to a lovely guy called Kyle who managed to sort it all out for me. Thanks for the support, however I wish this was the same across the board and now just the occasional person.

Another text from @O2 about a nearby phone mast not working and poor signal, with no ETA for when normal service can be expected. Meanwhile @EE customers recieved £25 off their bill!

EE 3 weeks of off and on service. Being palmed off saying it is okay. The whole street is down. Please can you sort this out we have no signal even outside, no broadband. Clearly there is an issue @EE
