    @EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @EE hoping for help with pay as go phone not working abroad. It was fine then stopped after account was changed from monthly to pay as go. I have enough credit just won't make/receive calls or send txt.

    EE technical team is the worst on this planet. Feel to just pay off this stupid contract and get a sim only elsewhere because how you just disconnect my SIM card with no warning??? FUMINGGGGG is an understatement !!! @EE hope you see this 😡😡😡😡

    @EE No issues with internet so far. I have tried plugging the phone directly into phone socket - same result. It does receive calls though.
