At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

The issue is that in the trade-in section on the app and your website, Samsung Z Fold 7 is not listed, so I'm unable to trade my current phone in and use the offer
