@EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

@EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now
