Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
