@EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

@EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

speaking to @EE on their text chat service & it’s honestly the worst service I’ve ever received 😡 nearly 3 hours later and 6 customer advisors have not been able to solve a simple billing issue !!!

@EE I was trying to add it to my iPhone XS that I took out a 24 month contract for in April, then I tried the iPad I have only just taken out a 24 month contract in the last week. I’m so disappointed I’ve missed out on this for some reason and having been a customer for so long
