    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @carolynharris24 @EE Oh I had one of these "deals" too - they offered a "free" iPad, never mentioned they were charging a monthly fee on it. We never used the iPad once - only realised we'd been charged a year later.

    @EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it
