@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE surely, you shouldn't be telling me (on app) that my bill has been paid before you've actually collected funds from my bank?? 2nd time I've noticed this happen, lady I spoke to last time raised a complaint as she felt is wrong. @Ofcom should they be doing this?
