Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.
